We had our wedding at Garver Feed Mill and it was the best decision we could have made!! Having the beverages and catering in house at Garver made everything so smooth! We had the catering team prepare Indian food (a spinach paneer) served family style and it was PHENOMENAL! Danielle and team are incredibly organized and professional. We worked with Staci at Calliope ice cream to serve dessert and Ian's pizza for late food and it was fantastic. Keezieng was super helpful in picking out wines and making custom cocktails for the big day.

We would recommend this as a wedding venue to anyone.

Great visit to Ian's Pizza!

The venue is big and beautiful. The interior is crowded and simple. No unique crevices, no inspiring views, the pizza is just okay also, the seating is limited. It's an optical illusion. You would think it would be so deep and interesting on the inside, but its not. Just like the date you had last weekend. Bwam Bwammm 🙃

It was 4th of July. Came to this part of Madison to take a bike trip around Lake Monona. Started at ended at Garvers. The building is a restored feed building, built in 1906. There is a plaque on the outside of the building that gives some of the history. It has a high quality feel to it, and has been well maintained.

Inside is a collection of small business, a restaurant, lounge and coffee shop. There are restrooms and seating areas inside and outside. The lower level can be used as an event space for receptions and parties.

Ian's is amazing. The vibe here is nice although it can get loud.

Historic building. Easy parking. Very good food. Nice bar. Great place for events or friendly conversation.

Beautiful building. Lots of indoor seating. Pizza was fantastic, had a make your own salad station. Ask the server to create your favorite salad.

Excellent event space. The vendors who rent the spaces including Ian’s Pizza, Briar Loft florist, olive branch photography, Kosa Spa and perennial Yoga. So beautifully done. You can simply go and hang out while having lunch or dinner. There is also Ledger coffee brewers. Very near Olbrich Garden. Perfect weekend combo to visit.

I wanted to like this place but it was a confusing and uncomfortable experience. My husband and I came in for dinner on a Monday evening. We went over to the pizza counter and chose the pizza which was difficult because there were no labels or explanations anywhere. We were told to get the pizza at the pick up window. We stood by the registers and they sent us to the other side to a pick up window. We were unable to get the pizza because we didn't pay for it, so back to the register to pay . We finally were able to get the pizza from the the pick up window. The pizza was a bit burnt on the bottom but tolerable. The chairs are very uncomfortable and I ended up standing to eat. My husband found a soft chair but the area, which was occupied by several other people was off limits to us. We looked outside for a place to sit and only found a picnic table. After being on my feet all day, I just wanted somewhere to sit and finish my drink. It didn't happen. If we go back I will bring a seat cushion.
