Ginza Japanese Restaurant

Only giving two stars because the server was very nice. Our food came out hot and fast but there is no flavor. The fried rice never touched a pan. The sushi is bland. Tried deep fried and regular rolls. Headed to get fast food now. Should have known that it was bad when it is empty on a Friday night.

Delicious and fresh sushi, hibachi and bento boxes at reasonable prices.

Really good food and service. Drinks are great as well. I would recommend.

The restaurant is simple and clean, the sushi rolls are delicious, and there are many choices. I often order online and get them in the store. They will try their best to ensure the freshness of my food, and there are many promotion on their website.

Ginza sushi was tasty. Service was friendly but food came very slowly…and a bit at a time…entrees not delivered together…. Good for sharing but not good for date-not-sharing situations.Decor is a little weird, but it is easy to have a conversation because there are so few booths/tables in the entire restaurant.

Amazing! Sushi was flavorful and so good. Cold drinks, and good happy hour prices!

I really liked this place! Food was good (and quick) plus the seating was nice and the lighting was way better than the old restaurants super bright lights!The staff were super sweet. Tons of great food options and more! I totally recommend!!

UPDATE:According to my receipt, my server's name was Henry. Not saying that he did it, but someone decided to give themselves a bigger tip. This is theft, pure and simple. My bank is investigating.My advice is to check and make sure that the amount that hits your bank is the amount you gave them.First of all, the food was great. I ordered the chicken hibachi. However, as you can see at the bottom of the plate, there's a shrimp..a USDA recognized allergen. I let the server know. He just stood there staring at me, then walked off. No apology, not anything.I was confused about some of the sushi pricing, he knew it, but ignored it and charged me whatever he wanted.I cook professionally and quite often frequent different restaurants. This was the worst service I've had in a long time.That being said, he could have simply been having a really bad day. The food was great at a fair price. I do plan on trying Ginza again.

Surprisingly good sashimi. Good service. The ambiance is not there. That's why it is surprising.

The main issue we had here was that the food took incredibly long to come out. Everything tasted good, including the drinks, but I just don't see coming back here in person again to dine in. The dining area is also a little too quiet, which makes it hard to have a normal conversation.

Went today and received the lunch special. Everything was really good except my "eel and avocado roll" looked more like just avocado roll. I love the spicy tuna and salmon so much though. Definitely coming back

Fantastic sushi, we got the Dynamite, Godzilla, Rainbow, and asparagus rolls as well as the banana tempura dessert.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly Recommend! The food was delicious & served quickly. The prices were very fair. The lychee sake was so good. Beautiful interior & classy atmosphere. I look forward to coming here again!

Love it! Highly recommend. We have had sushi many places across the country and this is one of the best and certainly our favorite in Madison area. And as a bonus: they present the sushi like it is artwork! Rolls recommend are the fish lover roll, spicy salmon roll, or rainbow roll and appetizer such as the bomb shrimp, ahi tuna wonton, or the steak app. All so good

I am always so pleased here! The food is always fresh, delicious and beautifully presented…and the customer service is friendly, attentive and well they take care of you like you’re family. I love it here and always recommend to everyone!
