I love Gold Star and all the folks I have worked with from Gold Star. We use Gold Star Coffee Service at my office. We have a plumbed double Bunn coffee brewer, as well as a commercial, plumbed Keurig. The rental of the equipment is FREE, and we just pay for the product we order. Hello! That is an amazing business model. Gold Star has next day delivery, too - so when you're in a pinch and realize you're suddenly out of coffee but have that big meeting tomorrow, just place an order and they will come by to save the day. Our Bunn has acted up a couple of times. I just call in, or email, and they typically have a tech out either that day or the next. Everyone I have ever worked with, be it the techs, the delivery guys, or even the accounting department, they have all been incredibly friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend Gold Star for businesses with coffee needs (and they do more than just coffee, too!).
