This place should get 5 stars, the food is great, the coffee is great, service great. But there are no bike racks. Looking at reviews from 2 years ago, it seems like this has been an issue for a long time. It really doesn't make sense either as there is plenty of space for a rack next to the shop. I had to park my bike way down the street at the Peleton place. A coffee shop in Madison needs a bike rack, it seems like a huge oversight that can be fixed easily.Parking: No bike parking. No racks near this shop.

Parking: The Grace Coffee on Park Street does not have dedicated parking, so you have to try to find street parking in an already very busy area. It's one of the reasons why I don't visit this location.

I tried to visit here on 1/8 at 715am and all the lights were off and the doors were locked, despite the sign saying they were open. There's also really limited parking, so I had to walk to blocks just to turn around and walk back in January. Big bummer.

Smaller than their other locations but same styling as the other I have been to on East Washington. Clean and bright. Good availability of street parking. Friendly staff. I ordered the mint tea and it was very good. I don't know that I would go to this location often but definitely as good as the other Grace.

As a regular customer at this location, I usually get great service. Today, the counter lady decided to talk back to me as I asked for a two-shot, medium, 1% cappuccino, extra hot, in a mug (my normal). She then corrected me that there is only one size for cappuccino after which I said others here serve me such - "Oh, they're really giving you a Latte" she replied (I know the difference between a Latte and a Cappuccino). I said, "ok, I guess I'm wrong". She then delivered a cappucino in a paper cup rather than the mug I explicitly requested. The server was focused on being right while demonstrably failing at listening to the customer and. Normally I do not react to picayune infractions, however two strikes in one visit warranted a comment here.Communication skills matter.

So I’m not from the area, and ordered this Iced Maple Chai Latte w/Oat Milk and a pastry from this beautiful girl whom had this lovely black laced necklace and Oh So Delicious!!!!! Maple Syrup and what I think could be cinnamon or brown sugar, what a perfect combination :) Grace Coffee and their barista just won me, can’t wait to check out their NEW location in downtown Milwaukee ! P.S. the floral wall art and cute cup art is gorgeous !!!!
I tried it out the new Waunakee location yesterday and was not happy. When I walked in there was no on one in sight to take my order. The guy who finally showed up was uppity and not helpful. ALL of the items on the menu are way overpriced, and they expect a tip on top of that!To add insult to monetary injury, the person who ordered after me (the same item) was served before me! Inexcusable! Probably because of no tip...Stick with the family owned place in town (MNM's) that has been giving us friendly, affordable service for a long time. They have earned our loyalty. My weekly group will NOT be giving Grace any business.

A great stop for coffee and breakfast! A little pricier for food, but was absolutely delicious! With the building being the corner of the block, there's lots of windows and natural light.Friendly staff, and great drip coffee!

No booze - staff unpleasant and unhelpful. Cool waiting area though, wish we could have enjoyed it like we planned to.

There are, at least, 5 other coffee options in this neighborhood. I would go to Starbucks in Sun Prairie before I ever came here again. I have been here, I think, 3 times since they were almost shut down by the health department 2 years ago. What’s funny is that the first time I went I took my coffee home to put MY creamer in it and it curdled; here’s the thing, it wasn’t the creamer. I made myself a cup of coffee and the creamer didn’t curdle. It was the coffee from Grace Coffee. Maybe the machines were cleaned with vinegar, but not thoroughly. Second time was ok. This was the third time. There was ONE employee and she kindly and politely said “Our drip coffee maker is broken, so is an Americano ok?” Sure. Well, after waiting 10 minutes I realized she was the only employee and there were, maybe, 8 or 9 customers ahead of me waiting for their espresso based drinks, which take a lot of time if you’re the ONLY person working. It is not this poor girl’s fault. There is lack of leadership and ownership glaringly evident. A course of action should have been taken A. When it was realized the ONLY source of coffee was gone (you don’t have a single backup option????) B. That it was going to be painful for the employee and the customers.Shame on you Grace Coffee!! You continue to show your disregard for everyone involved with your establishment. Maybe open ANOTHER location and see if that one can do better.
