We went here to check out the onigiri pop-up that was supposed to run from the late afternoon/early evening till 9:00. They ran out almost immediately and didn't tell anyone who was waiting in line. We ended up ordering the sides, since we had already ordered a drink before we knew they were out, one of which was very overpriced and not very good (3 tiny meatballs). The other was fine. Also it was the most Midwest onigiri that I've ever seen. They didn't even stuff them. They just served the toppings on top of them which would have would have made it difficult to eat if we even were able to get any. We left hungry and went to hot lunch instead.

Such a fun, eclectic spot! Great vibes, incredible cocktails, and snacks that make you feel like you’re winning at life. The owner was so kind and even spent time teaching us about cheeses and oysters. 10/10 would sip, snack & learn again.

Wonderful little cocktail bar. I have driven by this place hundreds of times but never stopped in. Glad I did. This place is great! Wonderful drinks and people.

Also, they have a booze claw machine!

Went for the first time the other day. The service was great and the drink selection is awesome! I found the cheese board to be underwhelming and it was a bummer that they didn’t order enough oysters for the weekend. But that won’t stop us from returning!

The staff here are so lovely! We sat at the bar and got some beers and sandwiches on a quiet Saturday evening. We got the Hot Beef and Italian Grinder and both were SO good with very generous portions. We'll definitely be back!

We had high hopes for this spot, but were pretty disappointed. We got two draft beers (spotted cow (obviously good) and a sour (just okay)), the cheese board and the Italian sandwich. The sandwich was $17 and was quite large. It was a pretty standard deli style sandwich. The cheese board was $20 and came with 3 small slices of cheese, a small pot of mustard, a few pickled radishes and crostinis. It was not substantial enough to be $3 more than the large sandwich. The inside was not what you’d expect of an oyster bar, it was a little more juvenile with posters of robots and arcade games.

Well, well, what a fabulous place everyone kept telling us to hit. We should have come here sooner. Amazing food, drinks, beer, staff and atmosphere. It is been added to or frequent stop list. Oysters, Snacks and Sandwiches. Check this place out, wow.

Kelly carried her hospitality above and beyond. I have never been here before and she was sure to engage in detailed conversation while giving exceptional service. Matt was also an amazing man to meet and sociable with our group!! Definitely recommend visiting for a quick drink or a good while! :)

Great oysters with interesting and fun sauces to go with. The maitake mushroom was phenomenal. Great service and fun space.

Went on a week night.
Up and coming bar that has delicious(!) food and thought-out tasty drinks, complimented by a relaxed (nearly dystopian) vibe. Great place if you want a grounded yet sophisticated vibe. (Or ethereal futuristic)

Really hoping the tech/finance guys take the ladies out here to indulge.

The food and drinks here are top notch. Oysters are amazing and the mussels truly left me speechless- so fresh and the spicy parsley cream sauce was to die for. It’s hard to find restaurants that taste this fresh these days. We will be back for sure.

We felt so at home here, especially after the Star Bar closed. We stopped by before our reservation at Salvatore’s and were so happy we did. They’re very passionate about service and the oysters!

Remarkable experience. Every.Single.Time. Grey Market far exceeds a "little date spot." My husband and I are oyster enthusiasts and these are among the top in Wisconsin. The owner and chef carefully source their seafood, armed with a wealth of knowledge, experience, passion for excellent food, and consideration to the integrity of the dishes they craft. Matt, Ian, and Kelly are simply superb. Looking forward to our next time at Grey Market. ✨️

The staff is respectful and polite, and funny too. I like the low traffic hours so it's always fun to go even with my 9yr old son. we can eat, chat and watch TV or people/car watch. Busy area with a nice little corner.
