It's dirty & disgusting. I've been there several times and it's the same every time. Who knows if you may end up with a disease. The staff and security also allow for money to be stolen off of people's machines and will not even investigate.

It's my fault for not ready the reviews, but it is a slots only casino.. or a more glorified truck stop casino.. the returns are pretty slim as well.. sounds like the jackpots are about$1500 after spending $700 if you're lucky

The casino is smoke free - yeah. Slots is all they offer, and although they return 95%, they are TIGHT. Did set next to a fella that hit a good jackpot, but he blew through the grand faster than my $100 was sucked through the machine. If you like slots - they are tight - try this one. You might get lucky, but please put some in your pocket when you do. Good luck.

This place is NOT SAFE!! I tilted my chair over the machine and walked 15 feet to my friend only to observe my ticket of 400.00 being quickly pulled out of my machine. I ran over and said that was my money in the machine and she said "once you leave the machine it's not yours anymore". We headed to security where they proceeded to separate us to speak individually with the guards. While supposedly "looked at the recordings", I remained with my security guard. The other guard allowed the thief to go "gamble" with my ticket in hand. After their "investigation" they went to find her. She had left. What a surprise? Around the same time, my friend sat next to a man who said he dropped his ticket and seconds later he turned to pick it up and another person had snagged it off the floor. He asked for his ticket back and the man said it was now his. So IF you go to this casino in Madison, watch your back, hold tight to your belongings and take your tickets with you even if you walk 5 feet away from your machine. So much for fun.

Very clean environment, staff very friendly and courteous BUT, I have never seen soooo many slots broken down or out of order. Every time you turn around, another slot had an "out of order" piece of paper on it. Too bad.

Unused to have fabulous food great prices. Not anymore. Used to be able to win at least once a month. Now your lucky once every six months. Absolutely horrible.

What a piece of s*** this casino has turn into! The state of Wisconsin should shut them down. You cannot ever get a drink of water unless you purchase it.

Today was my final outing to this dump. I have spent a boatload of cash at this place throughout the years, but I had many good winning visits and even a jackpot once in a while. Now, you're lucky if you can get a bonus round on a particular slot; I watched numerous visitors dropping hundreds of dollars into one machine this afternoon without a win and my experience mirrored that as well. Security? What a disgrace...I was verbally attacked and threatened by a woman who accused me of walking in front of her at the ATM. This quickly became a shouting match with her, an African- American, hurling racial insults at me. How nice...But not a single security officer in sight. Potential violence from a fellow patron looking to pick a fight over some non-existent event. Wow...just wow. If you have any sense, you will avoid this place and get yourself to Vegas if you really want to gamble that badly.
Who knew such an amazing eatery would be in the casino! I don't have adequate words for the meal I just ate. Eat here!

Disappointed in the service. Staff is NOT friendly. You have to pay for ice, sodas and coffee. After alcohol service you can't get anything to drink because both soda vending machines aren't working.

We enjoy going to casino now and then! I do like it is no. Smoking In Wisconsin DellsBut there is no place to eat! they have a cafeteria style place and it is awful. I wish they would bring back a couple nice restaurant!!

This place was a spur of the moment spot to drop into. I haven't been to a "gaming" location - so that probably explains why it was just a giant room of slots and nothing else could be found. There were signs about dining, but we found nothing but a vending machine. Played a few rounds and won some money. Only reason I'm throwing two stars on here instead one. If you're looking for table games and a variety, I suggest looking elsewhere.
