Trying to get inside when it’s freezing outside is a bit of a hassle. Have to go through security first in a very small entryway, then immediately after you have to stop and get out your ID and show people sitting there you’re over 21 to get a wristband for alcoholic beverages.

There’s no where to put your winter gear, it was about 5° outside when we went on 12/4/25, so people were stuffing their coats/etc in between a metal pillar and the free water station on the floor. (Free water station is a plus, but maybe put it somewhere else other then the middle of the room where people are standing to enjoy the show)

There’s only 10 tables? Maybe. Several upstairs on small balcony and a few directly in front of the stage, other than that, you’re standing the whole time. So we had to stand there for 3+ hours, all while wearing our winter gear- carhartt coat, sweatshirt, hat, etc. We were drenched in sweat by time we left.

Had some blue moons & angry orchards, can’t mess up beer.

Bathroom was big and clean!

Acoustics and sound in the saloon is great! Kashus sounded really good!

Great space! Have seen shows here for years from Madison Music Foundry’s Student Showcase to ANGELA PUERTA’S Shakira Tribute. Always a wonderful turnout of our community.

And this space is RENTABLE as well as has MERCHANDISE! Host your next event is a wonderful historic site!

We played there and it was great

Stole my money. Won't be buying from Ticketmaster anymore. This venue will change entire lineups for your event and update their website & fb event listings except the one that matters with Ticketmaster (where they sell the tickets) so they don't have to give out refunds for lineup changes. Shady!!!!!

The Moth nights (storytelling with a theme)

Lively place with nice bar tenders. Limited drink menu available but at least there are drinks!

Jeff Szczerbinski

Great intimate place for live music

Went there for the first time last night. Great concert venue!! Parked a block away on the street and walked there. Both bands were great! They have fantastic acoustics, two bars open and seating on the balcony. Will definitely go back, we didn't have seats so by the end I was a little sore but was a fantastic show and staff there was very friendly. The crowd was super cool to!

Fun place, clean, reasonable and good acoustics! Saw Anthony Gomes last night and he/the band were great. Go there... see Anthony anywhere you can!

Great venue, up close and personal!

Great music, but the venue gets 1 star for silly rules: need to wear a bracelet for no obvious reason (perhaps that I was clear at security, because nobody looked at my ID), cash only when I don’t trust card swipes in new places, and I paid $10 for a beer ($4-6 at nearby places). Last time coming to an event here, which is sad, because some good acts roll through.

Great venue to see music performances.

Jason Richards (Maluzu)

Small venue, got to see the performer up close and personal. Yes, the drinks are pricey, but what place is it nowadays?

There's tables and chairs on the top level.

A very nice venue to see bands. Was caught off guard by the cashless system but it worked well.

My favorite music venue in town!
