The wings were pretty good! We sat at the bar and got pretty good service. It's exactly the quality you'd expect from a place like hooters.

This hooters is horrible. You’re better off going to Woodmans and getting some frozen nuggets.
Waitress took a long time before she came to our table. Then was gone for awhile. Restaurant was not busy and it still took over an hour for our burger and wings.Waitress came back and was very noticeably high.Fries were cold, but we didn’t get to let her know until after the meal was done because she was gone for so long.Waitress also forgot to ask what sauces for the wings and brought out 2 ranch despite reassuring me it was one blue cheese and one ranch.Food was not great, service was abysmal. Will not be returning.

First let me say we traveled from Milwaukee on 2/10/24 and tipped 15%. We went expecting good food and we were told the kitchen was backed up upon ordering cool. The host that sat us was our waitress Shae as she is seating us she asked if we wanted to order a drink before I could even get my coat off we prompted to look at the menu you first. She comes back takes a drink order and appetizer. She then disappears for 15 minutes while our drinks sat on the bar she then saw us and come over to apologize said she got distracted and tonight’s been crazy and admittedly forgot she was serving us because it was not her section. But said the appetizer would be up soon the kitchen was backed up and took our order. The food comes yes my wings are hot and delicious but my wife’s fries were cold I instantly got up to go tell our waitress as she’s typing in my second drink and extra sauce that my wife needed fresh fries. I went too soon because yes her chicken sandwich was cool too. Now the thing is off the kitchen is backed up we expected to wait but for food to be like it’s just sitting waiting on our waitress was not ok. My waitress comes back over and we ask for the sandwich to be replaced with just wings. Our waitress never brought us my second second drink Lily did Im guessing it was again sitting at the bar and the manager brought the second order of fries and wings. The manager was working hard in the kitchen along side the guy with long locs and black hoodie who was on his cell phone in his hands and on his ear for about 5-10 minutes yes I could see him the kitchen is open to see from our seats. Our original waitress does bring my wife’s second drink and the check and stand over me as I review it. I had to actually say “I’m going to look it over for a minute” that extra sauce I ordered and never got was still on the bill and when she came back I told her she says “on you never got the sauce” ummm no did you bring it. She did take it off and we only paid for the hot chicken no cold chicken sandwich. We won’t drive a hour plus for cold food again. Yes it was a Saturday and yes there was two six top tables but our server forgot about us too much sitting drinks is not good plus cool dos not ok if the kitchen is backed up the food spills be PIPING HOT. Again note the pictures of the sandwich and my wife reviewing the menu for what will replace the cool sandwich and then the wings.Parking: The lot is an odd shape and direction next to the garbage is a drive way and it makes for a small space to to turn around

Nia our waitress was awesome. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Had no problems taking a large group. The management had no problem working and providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
