This is my go to place whenever I visit Madison. It has changed since I visited last time. They changed the AYCE system and the display to the buffet style. I love this change much better! Fresh veggies and for the lunch, you will get two boxes of meat per person. I strongly recommend this place if you are a hot pot lover.

We stopped in for lunch. The servers were very attentive and polite. It was our first time here and they explained everything. The food was great and they had many choices. I would recommend!

My husband and I used to eat dinner here at least twice a week. We enjoyed the quality of the food, and everything was fresh. However, since their recent reopening, the quality of the food has significantly gone downhill. All of the ingredients are laid out in a buffet style, and they only have a limited number of tongs for a variety of ingredients. Having a limited number of tongs for a large number of ingredients is a disaster for cross-contamination.

The appetizers also tasted like they had been sitting out for hours; they were not fresh at all. In addition, they tasted like they had been fried multiple times throughout the day. The broth was also extremely salty; I even had to ask for some water to dilute the saltiness.

We were also served drinks in a cup that only had one piece of ice in it, which didn't make a difference to our room-temperature drinks. The soda my husband was served had no fizz whatsoever and tasted like watered-down Diet Coke. I'm not sure why they got rid of their fridges; their ingredients were way fresher before.

I hope they will bring their old restaurant model back because this is not it. If I could rate this a ZERO, I would! This was an awful experience. To be honest, I don't think I will ever go back there again. For those looking for some good AYCE hotpot, I recommend Gobi Hotpot & Mongolian Grill, Korill Grill, or Fuki Hotpot.

My family loved this place it was really great but they did a remodel and changed how they store every thing. They did make a little cheap but it was not the reason we would come to this hotpot place it was the qulity of the food. Now they have it setup buffet style and the stuff in the buffet style is IFFy at best. Everything did not look good like it had been siting there all day. it was much better when they had everything in the individuals coolers. We have not gone back. We have been going to the other HotPot place on the east side by the Mall and Global Market.

You’d think a buffet would have a pair of tongs for each type of food available. Customers with religious or health related dietary restrictions such as seafood allergies or a halal diet should reconsider visiting as cross contamination from the limited number of tongs is guaranteed. A little expensive for the quality as well.

Terrible food and terrible service, literally $28 dollars for frozen meat, if you think well it’s all you can eat I was there for an hour and their server only came once might as well just buy some thin cut meat and cook it at home cause that would be a better experience, not only terrible service, the cross contamination was crazy you’ll use the same tongs for DIFFERENT MEATS, I have run and owned a restaurant and that doesn’t hit STANDARDS AT ALL. Would not recommend avoid at all cost.

I want to give zero star if I could. The food is terrible and not fresh at all. The hotpot meat came in little pieces. There is no ac, people were all sweating while eating steaming hot food. The chairs are sticky and dirty. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go.

place was okay. it wasn’t really for me and my partner and the miso broth was quite salty. not terrible food but you can tell a lot was kept frozen and needed some extra time to cook. they also didn’t have any crab rangoons which was disappointing cause i was looking forward to those. i might be wrong but i don’t think they specified the price per person on their menu for the dinner all you can eat. staff was really nice though and everything was pretty clean. probably won’t go again but again the place was okay and i recommend to those who like seafood but there are options without seafood.

So good. The meat, the veggies, the sides, the service... all amazing. Hot pot is one of our favorite styles of food and this really hit the spot.
