It was great. I always wanted to try eating hot pot and this was above and beyond good. All you can eat is a bonus.

Great selection and attentive service every time. Additional kudos this visit to the two young waiters who kept the rest of the tables looked after while also dealing with a particularly loud and belligerent customer. Very professional staff.Vegetarian options: Many vegetable and tofu options for hot pot, vegetarian soup base available on request.

The staff were so sweet and accommodating, especially about my shellfish allergy. The food was very very good, and neatly organized so you always knew what you were grabbing.Vegetarian options: Hot pot is a build-your-own style of meal. There is a lot of vegetables, tofu, and other vegetarian options, and I believe most of the broths are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: As everything is clearly labeled and separated, most dietary restrictions can be met. I personally have a shellfish allergy and did not feel concerned at all.Parking: The parking lot can be a little hard to see as you approach due to current (early 2024) road construction, but it has a decent sized parking lot in front of the restaurant. No need to cross any streets.

This is by far my favorite place for Hot Pot. It's all you can eat and if you go for lunch on a weekday it's only $26 a person.

Service and atmosphere not bad, however the qaulity of food is poor and most importantly this place is way over-priced. Wont come back ever

Place was absolutely slammed on a Saturday evening. They here definitely understaffed but doing the best they could. Nice setup as you can grab normal sides out of a fridge as self service, while the meat is upon order. The beef and pork were the best, the lamb was too thinly sliced and I think it led to some gaminess.

I came here for lunch not knowing what to expect. It's a neat concept for a restaurant, and I'd never been to a hot-pot type place before. I don't think it's really my jam, but I'm glad I came and glad I experienced it. If someone else wanted to come here, I'd gladly accompany. It was good, just not entirely my thing. I appreciate when something is all-you-can-eat, but that also is not usually my jam as I overeat because I feel like I should get my money's worth. Sometimes I also had to dig hard in the broth to find the items I'd put in there. We split the broth so that we had a spicy one and a non-spicy one, which was great. You essentially cook your food in this boiling pot of broth and can eat it as-is or combine it into a bowl with the noodles/meats/veggies etc that you've created. I'm generally not that patient to wait for everything and ate as I went, instead. There were some meats that they brought out for you, but otherwise the foods were self-serve in a refrigerator with a sauce station nearby. I LOVED that I could go back and grab a bunch of fresh broccoli and cook it in yummy sauce. I also grabbed some different kinds of noodles, dumplings, fish, etc. The quality of food was good, but I didn't love how thinly sliced some of the meats were. It almost looked like it was store deli meat (it isn't -- I just didn't love the cut). The staff was very kind and helpful, and they frequently came by to make sure we didn't need anything additional. This would be a really great way for a group to eat a meal together, so I'd still recommend you try it out and decide for yourself.

They accommodated a large party without a reservation, then when one of our guests cars got stuck in the entrance to the parking lot (right after a 12+ inch snowfall) one of the employees came out to the parking lot and helped us push the car out.The hot pot is delicious, the ingredients high quality, and they are not cowardly with their spicy broth like some other hot pot places are.Vegetarian options: All broths can be made vegetarian upon request

The biggest advantage is that you can choose the ingredients from the refrigerator and bring them as you wish. You can order as many appetizers, fruits, and drinks as you want, or bring your own. It feels like a small buffet. We divided the broth into mild and spicy flavors. Overall, the taste was okay, and the spicy soup was a bit spicy. For meat, we recommend beef!
