I was in there tonight doing a Instacart order. Have never had an issue with any employee. they have always been helpful and very nice .tonight Aaron who I assume is a manager was extremely rude and not helpful . He acted like we were bothering him with a simple question . The area he sent us to which was lunch meat none of the meat was in the right tagged area chicken was in the turkey spot and other stuff was just thrown ..However Jason has always been great . He is very great at help and customer service!

There was no one available to make a pizza for my disabled house bound friend who decided to endure the pain to come to Hy-vee on Mckee for a birthday lunch.You were zipping every where obviously busy but you took the time to patiently listen to me and graciously made the time to make her birthday pizza. She really enjoyed that pizza! Thank you for your exceptional service and kindness!

This was my first visit to this location. They have many specialty departments, from amazing seafood to fresh bakery items. The store is very cean and well laid out.The staff are friendly and helpful.Many convenient services are available at the service desk including bus passes and mailing a letter. There is also a Starbucks and an eat-in restaurant: effortless parking, fully accessible parking, and entrances.
Such a great selection! One of the few places I know that consistently stocks lady finger cookies, which are a necessary component for making Tiramisu!
