Found a bone in the sesame chicken. Needless to say I stopped eating after that. Thank god that wasn't the bite I gave my toddler.

I stopped at the HyVee on East Washington Ave in Madison, Wisconsin on a Tuesday evening, around 7 PM, to get orange chicken to go. Not only were they out of the orange chicken, they were out of nearly everything else, with no workers to cook any new food. Their Italian food to go was completely shut down, no food at all, and no workers at that food station either. Not sure why, but it was very disappointing.
Not much today.
Woodmans is much cheaper but the deli has much better quality meats.
The marinated parmesan pesto chicken breasts sold in the butcher counter are delicious!
This was Hy-Vee's first LEED certified building from the ground up. Well done!
Tons of Craft beer to choose from, lots of local brands too
They have a Chinese and Italian a la carte area with a sit down area like a regular restaurant with servers getting you drinks and everything! Very cool for a grocery store.
Woodman's has better prices and overall better variety , but Hy-vee has a much more superb value gourmet cheese selection and they have an olive bar! Feta olives are very recommended.
I love that they offer free breakfast to veterans on Veterans Day.

They have a great selection of items and a small food court. I hope the places back home bring back their food courts.
Plenty of parking. They also have a charging station for electric cars.
Remember kids bananas go in your mouth & not your butt. It says that in the bible.
Great deal on soda today 4/$10 coke. 4/$9 Pepsi
