Great little arcade bar. Killer queen is aloy of fun and if your low on quarters you can always play Smash. A great place to game and hang with buds.

I was there last Sunday for Karaoke. I was very excited about signing a song, so I put my name in there. Each person has to write their own name and song to sing, so I thought it would be organized and speedy. It was not. More than an hour and a half passed by until I decided to go see the list again and where my name was. Five people before me, weird but great, it was almost my time. Another 45 minutes went by and I decided to go check again, FOUR names were still before me. I decided to crossed my name and left. It was unfortunate the same 5 people were singing over and over again, while others had to wait forever to “maybe” be considered. What a joke. Someone should not have to wait over two hours for a song. It’s a shame we will not be back, the bartender was great.

Literally the best bar in town. The games are always in great condition, not to mention the rotating stock of pinball machines that are available. The staff is on point always. Great drinks, great prices, great games, and great trivia. Need I say more? This is my favorite place to be and I could not recommend I/O more

We come to the Madison area on occasion and the arcade bar is usually a must stop for us. I don’t think we’ll be back after this evening’s experience. Bartenders were very rude very slow and clearly taking priority of certain customers over others. Not sure if we don’t fit the bill of their typical clientele so we were disregarded because of this but it certainly felt that way.

The problem with creepy randos continues. 2 out of the last 3 times I've gone in here I have been harassed and/or aggressively panhandled by creepy men. I just wanted to play pinball, not be touched by some drunk douchebag--right in front of bar staff who watched it happen and did nothing--and then hit up for money by a very stinky old man in the middle of a game. Both of these things happened to me within a 20 minute period of time.The staff are almost always friendly, but they really need a bouncer (or two) to get rid of the predators that seem to always be in there. This place is not safe for unaccompanied women, for numerous reasons.

It’s unfortunate that one of the bartenders here was let go from an establishment I used to own due to her inability to be a team player and get along with her direct reports. We stopped in tonight with a party of 12 and had to leave because she refused to serve me. Just disappointing to have this type of service, we've visited here numerous times and made this a yearly meeting spot for birthday celebrations. Hope to find a more welcoming establishment in the future.
