Amazing pizza! Highly recommend the chorizo nacho and ravioli pizza!
It was great the atmosphere is very nice and peaceful, the location was great it's not in downtown Madison on state street like the other one and you can actually find a place to park which is great. The pizza was 10/10. The building is so cool. Don't know why some karen left a 2 star review because they wouldn't give her free pizza that doesn't seem fair at all to the business. Paid $26 for 4 slices of pizza total, and 2 canned sodas for 2 people to eat. The employees we dealt with were friendly.
Parking: Easy to park outside, didn't have to pay for parking

just went to ian’s on break to grab a bite. prices raised again so pulled up with 10 and couldn’t afford 2 slices. didn’t know until counter, told the girl i only had 10 and she looked at me like i was stupid. i was like uh okay i guess i’ll just take one. she said ok. I worked at ian’s in milwaukee, we were encouraged to be kind and giving, especially because they throw out almost as much as they sell… I would always give free slices to folks who couldn’t afford them or felt like they had to pick the cheapest piece when they were hungry! That was encouraged by management and acceptable. I figured that was akward and i felt embarassed but they would probably put both my slices out anyway and i was happy to take them cuz that was very embarassing and counter active to their mission / vibe. Nope, miss counter tattled, and miss pizza waited with my slices in her hand. ‘she told me you. only wanted one, which one?’ Again; extremely embarassed i said i don’t care, ‘your get to choose’ she said with a rude look on her face. I asked ‘aren’t you gonna throw this out?’ ‘Nope’ with the deadest look on her face. It was giving a girl from higschool who didn’t like me, spite… why? Extremely unprofessional and i inviting. Ok, maybe if they don’t feed you, i would get wanting to take it if your hungry but ian’s staff get all the pizza they want .. i didn’t even eat pizza by the time i was done at ian’s cuz we got so much. Likely will not return to this location, despite working in the building because of how embarassed i feel and mean spirited that10 min interaction was. should have asked for a name. makes me think management must be mean cuz there’s no reason to treat customers like that. from my expirneces you will be tipped the difference if you give a free slice in this situation. Anyway, horrible expirence on my break just trying to get some food.

Excellent pizza. Love the maui wowie and tomato pesto. But their pickup ordering system (both online and in-person in line) is a mess and employees seem confused about how to handle orders aside from simple slices. If you go to the register to order pizza, they will make you go to the salad line to order a salad separately and nothing comes out together. Tried curbside pickup online after a few disappointments with onsite pickup, and they still made you call 5 minutes before your pickup time and I had to go inside to pickup. Ian’s, we love your pizza but goodness, please work on the user experience of your pickup flow. We should not have to jump through hoops to grab a pizza and salad to go.

Every Ian's location is different. The Garver location is popping with activity. When it's busy, you will appreciate the separate beer and wine counter so you can grab a tall boy before you order your slice. Otherwise, it's classic slices plus specialty slices, salads, and insanely tasty bread sticks

Great food, service can be slower sometimes, and i have noticed there are times salad orders get missed and have to be remade, but its a great place, great food, and a cool atmosphere.

We had Ian's cater our late night snack at our wedding last summer and it was a major hit! Both wisconsinites and out of towners loved the variety of flavors we had available. Ian's was easy to work with and delivered right on time which was great!

As someone with a dairy allergy, it's hard to come across vegan pizza, let alone vegan pizza that tastes good. This pizza was fantastic! I never even would have guessed that it was vegan if I hadn't specifically asked for it. The staff was very helpful in guiding me to the right items. Turns out when I ordered a full pizza, I could even choose half one style and half another! Delicious food and makes great leftovers too! Will definitely be coming back for my pizza fix in the future.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan options for those who can't or don't eat animal products. Tastes just as good as the "real thing".

Food and service are great. I just wish people wouldn't be allowed to bring non-service dogs inside of a restaurant. It's just kinda gross to have someone's dog near a dining area, especially inside.
