The waiter and everyone was nice but we asked for the triple chocolate chip pancake and they didn’t add any chocolate chips plus everything was cold long wait to be seated and food too

Hostess greeted me with a huge smile. Waiter was a young man named Larry. His service was not expected at an IHOP. He was gracious in helping me make substitutions that for my need and had excellent timing. Food was good typical of IHOP but service was impressive.

Decided to stop here for breakfast on our way through. IHOP is usually a dependable place for a decent breakfast. The food here was good, nothing more than normal, but the place was kinda dirty, wait staff underperformed, one lady was working her tail off while other staff was very lazy.

The server was the best thing about the place. Everything was dirty, food was cold. Sugar packets were stuck to their container with syrup. White substance on syrup container, beverage glasses were dirty. For the money we should have just went to McDonald's at least it would have been hot food.
