Lauren was absolutely amazing!! We came in a little chaotically but she was so professional and sweet, and insomnia ended up being such a wonderful end to the night!

Your Service sucks I never got my food and issued a refund and I never got it 5-7 business days later I still don't have it. You guys need to work on your customer service. I don't suggest people order from this location at all. I order a 12 pack of cookies and they delivered it to the wrong address I called them and they told me to contact door dash so I call door dash and they tell me it is not thier problem it is Insomnia problem so I recall Insomnia and they and 5-7 business days I will get my refund but here is the problem I still don't have it after the time they said it will take to refund my money I paid $80.83. I suggest not go to this location they ate nothing but lying people and have the worst customer service never.

Went into store for the first time and was so happy to see several vegan cookies on the menu. Very easy to find. Wish I could have had them warm but I had just had dinner Warmed them up later and was so happy to have a vegan cookie!

I stopped into Insomnia Cookies yesterday, for the first time, and I am extremely impressed! The GM was fantastic and he helped me get my 50 cookies stat for the Comedy Club (which they loved) though I confess I did extract one cookie for my own - it was excellent and warm the way a cookie should be. I will definitely go back asap!

This is the second time we ordered delivery via uber from them and what a surprise we weren’t given our order in any reasonable time yet again, if you are going to deliver hire someone to do it as insomnia, we are so disappointed and won’t be ever be ordering again

Not inedible but still some of the worst cookies I’ve ever had. For $3.50 and $5.50, these are terrible, Oreos are better.
First who ever worked 11/27/24 around 9pm lacks work ethic. There was two ladies working and horrible service followed by even worse cookies. The cookies at Subway are much better. Don’t waste your time. This place is an absolute joke.

The staff member was nice but she’s didn’t realize that they were out of all the brownies until after I’d already paid, we got the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie instead and it was delicious..but it would be nice if there was more room to sit down inside.

So nice to have an option of warm vegan cookies. Doesn’t happen very many places. Usually 4 flavors. Chocolate chip is delicious. I always end my State Street area visits with a cookie.

College town + late night milk and cookies! It isn’t a place to sit and relax but it is a great spot to get in and get out with probably the best snacks you can imagine. This place had a line at 9 at night. It didn’t seem to lack people wanting their fill and after we had a bite we knew why. Soooo yummy! We weren’t in the mood for the ice cream but it looked good!
