Whoever was working at 4:47pm on Monday March 18 was incredibly rude. Ordered a cookie and there was a chunk missing so I was confused and said it looked like a bite/piece was taken out of it and if I could get another one, the attitude back was actually horrible - it was since we entered but just downhill after - employee started rolling their eyes and making faces?? Then started to lecture me on how nothing in life is perfect and neither is a cookie in the rudest way then shoved a new cookie towards me that was tiny. Just overall horrible customer service and ruined the excitement of having a sweet treat after a long day. So dissapointed.

Just came in at 4:43 today. No staff was at the register. Someone came out from in back and told me to wait 2 minutes. As I was waiting other customer came in. Then the staff member came out from in back seeing the new customers and proceeded to help them before me even though I had arrived first and was already waiting. I did not make a purchase that day and I left as the service was terrible. I ended up making my dessert purchase at Chocolate Shop next door and would recommend others do the same. Chocolate shop was fully staffed helpful and professional.

Best cookies ever. I'm not a fan of the huge, extravagant cookies like Crumbl. Insomnia does classics and they do them with perfection! I'm a huge chocolate fan but I always get a warm sugar cookie at insomnia and ugh so good, just melts in your mouth and is the perfect size for an after dinner sweet treat!

I love it here. I love the staff, they are so nice. I always stop outside the window and wave at them when I pass by, even when I don't order anything. They always wave back :3 it's great here, the cookies are always warm, so warm. And so good. Delicious. Mmmm. The s'mores cookie is my favorite, and then the confetti cookie is a close second. Also the chocolate chip cookie and double chocolate cookie. And the brownies. Anything you get here will be good. There is also seating, which is really nice. They also have giant cake cookies! Like, they're large cookies with frosting. The frosting is soooo good. Mmm. Yay. Yippee!
