I tend to order delivery for lunch. Jacknife is very prompt, and because the packaging is so thoughtful, the food always arrives in pristine condition.
I've read some poor reviews, but have personally never received anything but excellent sushi - the fish to rice ratio is abundant. Their sashimi is super fresh and generously portioned.
Jacknife also accommodates a whole gamut of food allergies. It's great stuff.

We absolutely love Jacknife! The sushi is always outstanding. They are a family favorite.
Great quick service sushi restaurant. Fresh, consistent quality (eaten here 10+ times). A bit more expensive than expected for rolls that are not handmade although the quality being consistent redeems itself. And it is a cheaper alternative for when we do not want to go to Red, our number 1 pick for sushi in Madison. The only thing I am not a fan of is they charge a service charge for takeout. I think this is the sort of thing that should be built into operating costs.
