Just wanted to shout out JBC. I had no clue we had such an amazing roaster so close to where I live. Picked up a couple of the African region beans, and have been absolutely loving the coffee. Funny that I didn't realize they had an Aeropress recipe on the website, and it literally mirrors the one I have been doing for 10 years. The only difference being I add some hot water to the cup at the same time as the brew, and add an extra 1g of grounds to compensate for the extra water. This helps warm up the mug a bit, I feel.

No store to walk thru. Call ahead or order online. They are very fast with processing orders (size dependent). I was able to talk tona few of the employees, they are very nice and extremely knowlwdgable. They are constantly switching blends in and out, so be sure to check regularly.

when you have to have 3 espressos and still don't feel awake. something is wrong. either cheap beans or the roaster. tastes like like old wet cigars (ethiopian). so
