“tonight was the iron man run so it was incredibly busy. Everyone decided to order ahead which led to a huge backup. Alisha was working her first day and she absolutely killed it! 80% of people were being incredibly impatient over something none of the people working could control. Alisha and the two others working deserve a raise. They all handled the situation beautifully 🥳 anyone who complains otherwise doesn't understand the stress of a rush ESPECIALLY on state street.“
“Good food as Jersey Mike's always is. Cook couldn't care when he started our sandwich. I sat there watching him for 5 minutes talking to the other workers before he started our chicken Philly. Apparently our time is not valuable. I watched every Uber Eats or Door Dash come in and wait because they had not started the order. Did I mention, they were not very busy!!! It was kind of sad, the lack of caring for people's time. Again, the food was good, and they were very polite. But....“
“Might be common knowledge but Jersey Mike’s has consistently been the best sandwich chain by a mile; just brought my girlfriend with celiac today and was greeted with very kindly and they made sure her allergy was well accomodated. And of course, our sandwiches were delicious as well!“
