Good food as Jersey Mike's always is. Cook couldn't care when he started our sandwich. I sat there watching him for 5 minutes talking to the other workers before he started our chicken Philly. Apparently our time is not valuable. I watched every Uber Eats or Door Dash come in and wait because they had not started the order. Did I mention, they were not very busy!!! It was kind of sad, the lack of caring for people's time. Again, the food was good, and they were very polite. But....

My wife and I went here recently to try it again and it’s really improved. The service Chris provided was top notch, he is the reason we will continue to keep going back. The food was great, the service was great, and we’re so happy that it’s better than ever!

Traveling through, we ordered our food online in hopes of grabbing our food and keeping on the road. Unfortunately we waited over 50 minutes from when we ordered our food as we watched people who ordered in-store come and go. Everyone behind the counter ignored us as we waited to ask for help and see what was taking so long. Finally someone at the register acknowledged us, but wasnt very helpful. On top of it, the order wasn’t made correctly. All this to say, walk in and order and you’ll be served great. Order ahead, and you might as well pull out a book while you wait.

1st time.. I'm an outoftowner guy working told me I'd never have jimmy johns again.. but I prefer JJ's cookie was nice touch for my first visit but price and taste didn't cut it for me
