Traveling through, we ordered our food online in hopes of grabbing our food and keeping on the road. Unfortunately we waited over 50 minutes from when we ordered our food as we watched people who ordered in-store come and go. Everyone behind the counter ignored us as we waited to ask for help and see what was taking so long. Finally someone at the register acknowledged us, but wasnt very helpful. On top of it, the order wasn’t made correctly. All this to say, walk in and order and you’ll be served great. Order ahead, and you might as well pull out a book while you wait.

1st time.. I'm an outoftowner guy working told me I'd never have jimmy johns again.. but I prefer JJ's cookie was nice touch for my first visit but price and taste didn't cut it for me

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Jersey Mike's is horrible! They can't seem to get an order correct. Doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to NOT put onions or peppers on a sub

Went in on Saturday 12/28 at 4:30 pm and only 1 customer in there. They acted like they didn’t know about my mobile order and the girl working said “oh” as she looked at the printer and noticed that with 2 other mobile orders printed out that she was ignoring. She ripped the paper slip off and threw it and it landed in the open prep table as I watched it land in the raw tomatoes and lettuce. Yuk I thought because she didn’t have gloves on when she touched the slip. I waited and waited about 10 minutes. Then a guy comes out and he starts making it. Finally it’s done. He goes to just set it down and I approach the counter asking if it’s my order. I can tell that it would just be thrown there if I didn’t ask. The girl asks if he put lettuce and tomato on and he says no. I tell them I’ve already been waiting a long time as the girl states they will have to remake the entire sub (can’t you just open the sub and put the lettuce and tomato on??). I told the girl if it was going to take more than 2 minutes I would cancel because I’ve waited a long time already. She laughed. I sat down and waited another 3 minutes then kept my word, canceled the order and left. SMH. Worse Jersey Mikes experience I’ve had and will never be visiting this location again.

I absolutely love jersey’s mikes but this has to be one of the worst locations here in Madison when it comes to service.! About two weeks ago I had someone else pick up my order from the location when I got it home the amount of mayonnaise was absolutely ridiculous and not sure how exactly but they completely forgot my streak.!! How do you forget the steak on a steak and cheese.?! Fast forward to this evening. We went back to get the sandwich remade as promised for the mess up and they actually act as if there was a problem.?! Excuse me.? I’m upset I didn’t go either times in person because I’ve probably would’ve read every single person and I’ve never had a problem before. But now my son never wants to visit again. I’m crushed as this was my absolute favorite sub shop but we will not be visiting this location again. Please highly recommend that you get better employees!
They have made a number of changes at this location, all for the better. The personal are way more organized then under previous management. The orders are made correctly. It's nice to see action being taken, and the efforts haven't gone unnoticed. Changed my original 1 star to a 5 star. Well deserved.
