This place is so unorganized. They need to focus on the order in stead of trying to work fast. It was a horrible experience. The one on in Fitchburg is wayyyyy better.

Ordered a #43 Chipotle cheesesteak was given a #42 and has chicken instead of steak on it. Brought it to their attention and one of the girls working was EXTREMELY rude about it. Gave me a terrible attitude and told me it was the same sandwich ummm no it’s not one is chicken one is steak. That’s a pretty big difference to me and for her to act like I was out of pocket to complain is absolutely INSANE! Own your mistakes and make things right or find a different job. Was not offered any type of apology I’ve never been treated like this at this location management needs to fire her.

Might be common knowledge but Jersey Mike’s has consistently been the best sandwich chain by a mile; just brought my girlfriend with celiac today and was greeted with very kindly and they made sure her allergy was well accomodated. And of course, our sandwiches were delicious as well!

All I gotta say is wow. First of all, the best customer service ever. When I walked in, an older gentlemen made sure to greet me as a customer, letting me know they will be with me shortly. I took a few minutes and decided on the club sub Mikes way. Another employee took my order (younger, glasses, mixed) and he was 10/10 customer service. Made great convo while making an even greater sub. He did his job and discussed combo options, bringing it up tactfully. Even more, he made the best sub ever. Give this guy employee of the month. Sub was super fresh and delicious. This location was also clean!

My husband, daughter and I went to Jersey Mike's, March 1, 2025. This was are first time with Jersey Mike's. We were very pleased with the service as well as the food. We will be back again. .
I recently went in to get a sub in a tub. After ordering I was standing there waiting for my food. The lettuce that goes in it looked old and a little brown to it. Watching the workers make the sandwiches, I watch a girl wipe her nose not once BUT 3 times with her gloves on that she was making ppls food with. Needless to say I walked out without any food bc that was DISGUSTING. To wipe your nose with gloves you’re make and serving food with is not okay at all. I hope that is addressed. I won’t be back.

Food tastes great but the staff is constantly making mistakes. Last time I ordered online it wasn’t ready and took ten minutes after I arrived to be ready. They gave me a free sub card for my trouble. Then when I came in and redeemed the card a worker told me I could use it for a “giant” sub even though the card said regular. So instead of getting sides or any more food I just ordered a giant. Turns out after waiting, they handed me a regular and told me the worker was wrong. They told me if I continued to wait they would make me another, but at that point I had to get back to work. It’s just something, every time. 🤷♂️

I eat at this location frequently and sometimes service is good but it has declined. Waited over 20 mins before going to the store and then another 25 mins at the store for an order ahead when I could have walked in and gotten it in 5 mins going through the line. Checked in with the employees 2 times. That makes no sense! Bread was overcooked dark brown.
