Was picking up lunch for my coworker and I. I arrived a couple minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. I was told it was going to be 10-15 minutes longer. It’s been 20 minutes past that and now I’m running late for work. The gentlemen before me said his order was 38 minutes late. This store is just a hot mess.

Place in order the evening before and were told it would be ready by 10:30. Large order because we were feeding 40 people. Got there and the order wasn't ready. Even more upsetting, as they're working on our order they were taking people off the street and making their sandwiches, delaying us even further, so a group of 40 people had to wait an additional 30 minutes

I ordered 2 BLT's for delivery and the bacon was missing. What's the point of running a sandwich shop if you can't make the simplest off all of them? Shame on this place.

Great sub, but I don't think it's worth $15 per person for a sub and a drink. It's a good sub, not a great sub. They have more meats than Milios or Subway, but it's just not good enough to be as expensive as they are. Bread is far better elsewhere.Vegetarian options: Veggie only options available.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Mini subs for kids are available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with no stairs and no real incline to fight.

What a fantastic experience, Staff was friendly, very positive feeling environment.Even though they were busy, They had great communication with myself and others as to timming of orders and double checked to make sure my sandwich was made as I requested.Great job ?

Best subs around but it's really weird. I'm picky so my usual has 3 things on it. They managed to omit one of the things, and get the bread type wrong. They also added a warm sub with meat to our completely vegetarian cold sub order, likely from someone else's order. Final straw type of thing. They're my favorite sun place but they always get stuff wrong.
Brand new customer, won't come back. Lady with the raggedy bun should probably not be in customer service with how rude she is.

The whole staff is amazing! What a kind, positive, and loving atmospheric experience! If you're having a bad day at work or experiencing any other difficulties in your life, you will definitely have your spirit uplifted here. After recently losing my sister and experiencing a lot of anxiety with work, this place made my day! Not only did they satisfy my hunger, but they also satisfied my well-being and picked my spirit up. It was exactly what I needed at the right time. Thank you so much!

The subs were made with love and attention to practiced detail. Delicious each and every time. A quick story: after getting the wrong order curbside, they called and left a very apologetic voicemail. When I returned they were super nice. Love the manager. She knows a thing or two about good customer service.

I've tried both the hot and cold subs from here. The hot subs were good - everything was well-seasoned and the bun was soft from the heat which really brought out the taste of rosemary. Unfortunately, the cold sub (The Super Sub) was quite disappointing. I didn't have mine until I made it home 10min later, and by then, one side of the bread was already very mushy from the oil/vinegarette (I will take some responsibility for not eating it right away). Even with those "sauces", the sandwich overall was still very bland. Needless to say, I didn't much care for the soggy, flavorless meal.To top it off, I had an awful customer experience where I ordered online and arrived early but still ended up waiting nearly twice as long for my sandwich, all the while watching them fulfill more than a dozen in-person orders and ignoring mine which was placed 20 minutes prior.I'm open to improving my review with better future experiences, but with all the other sandwich shops around here where I NEVER have this experience, a "next time" might be a ways away.
