tonight was the iron man run so it was incredibly busy. Everyone decided to order ahead which led to a huge backup. Alisha was working her first day and she absolutely killed it! 80% of people were being incredibly impatient over something none of the people working could control. Alisha and the two others working deserve a raise. They all handled the situation beautifully 🥳 anyone who complains otherwise doesn't understand the stress of a rush ESPECIALLY on state street.

The manager on duty when we went was absolutely running this place like a champ. He’s like the General of Jersey Mike’s. Clean and professional vibe. Good sandwich.
all good but a couple of seats inside would make it much better!

More like Slow-y Mike’s
Very helpful and friendly staff
Refused to check me out at a register when I had a giftcard that could not work on the kiosk. They told me I could download the app, when there store has no WiFi.

One of the worst pickup experiences in town and that's their only option. They have the infrastructure to facilitate an easy order pickup but choose to instead make customers suffer.

Celiac beware!! Ordered a gluten free sub for an allergy. Watched them fry the meat on the same grill they were toasting buns. When I asked them about it the "lead" guy denied it. I stated that I just watched you do it. He said " this is the first bread on the grill today", this was was at 1pm. I asked again so you never put any other bread on that grill? He stated "we clean it after every sandwich" and " I don't understand the process because NO one has ever been sick with his way of doing it." I asked if he knew the difference between gluten-free and Celiac disease. He refunded the money.
Place wasn't clean and all three workers were rude to each customer prior to us.
Dietary restrictions: Celiac's be aware they cook bread on the grill and use the same knives at this location. I would not risk getting sick.
Gluten-free isn't true ?

Ordered through door dash, order confirmed at 5:30pm. 2 hours later my order was still not ready for the dasher to pick up, and 6 separate dashers went.

I love that you can place your orders online and pick them up later! I ordered food from here for Concerts on the Square.

No dine in, no problem. The employees were more than generous and patient in explaining the menu as I don’t come here often. An employee by the name of Patrick Mullin offered great insight and even greater service. My order was filled in minutes with exceptional taste and accuracy. I will be coming back more often!

Ordered delivery via Uber and was impressed by how easy the process was. My sub (Italian Supreme, I think) was quite good. Tons of meat. I would have liked to have been able to customize the veggies, though. Would certainly try again.

Super friendly, super tasty. Staff's super cheerful attitude was contagious.Came into the store for lunch with friends and redeemed our free sub vouchers. Was warmly welcomed by the tall, curly haired manager. His passion and enthusiasm for his job was palpable. The gentleman works with the energy and devotion of a man who is working his dream job.Being our first time to Jersey Mike's (all international students) we asked for his recommendations and he did not disappoint. Half of us got the Italian and the other got the Club, both done 'Mike's Way' which was phenomenal. I now try to make my own homemade subs/sandwiches 'Mike's Way'. Watching this man craft our subs was a masterclass in the art of subs... nothing but precision, with attention to detail in flavour balances and topping distribution.I believe this manager has achieved self-actualisation through sub artistry. I also wouldn't be surprised to find out if this worker was the incarnation of Jersey Mike himself. After handing over the masterpiece subs, he gifted us all a free chocolate chip cookie, citing a playfully made up adage "cookie's for rookies". Before leaving, I tipped him all the cash I had left in my wallet... which unfortunately was only $5.Both the Italian and the Club subs where delectable, and sizable. Finishing off my lunch with the free cookie was the cherry on top, that made this experience a tale to recount for my friends and family back in Australia.
