No dine in, no problem. The employees were more than generous and patient in explaining the menu as I don’t come here often. An employee by the name of Patrick Mullin offered great insight and even greater service. My order was filled in minutes with exceptional taste and accuracy. I will be coming back more often!

Ordered delivery via Uber and was impressed by how easy the process was. My sub (Italian Supreme, I think) was quite good. Tons of meat. I would have liked to have been able to customize the veggies, though. Would certainly try again.

Super friendly, super tasty. Staff's super cheerful attitude was contagious.Came into the store for lunch with friends and redeemed our free sub vouchers. Was warmly welcomed by the tall, curly haired manager. His passion and enthusiasm for his job was palpable. The gentleman works with the energy and devotion of a man who is working his dream job.Being our first time to Jersey Mike's (all international students) we asked for his recommendations and he did not disappoint. Half of us got the Italian and the other got the Club, both done 'Mike's Way' which was phenomenal. I now try to make my own homemade subs/sandwiches 'Mike's Way'. Watching this man craft our subs was a masterclass in the art of subs... nothing but precision, with attention to detail in flavour balances and topping distribution.I believe this manager has achieved self-actualisation through sub artistry. I also wouldn't be surprised to find out if this worker was the incarnation of Jersey Mike himself. After handing over the masterpiece subs, he gifted us all a free chocolate chip cookie, citing a playfully made up adage "cookie's for rookies". Before leaving, I tipped him all the cash I had left in my wallet... which unfortunately was only $5.Both the Italian and the Club subs where delectable, and sizable. Finishing off my lunch with the free cookie was the cherry on top, that made this experience a tale to recount for my friends and family back in Australia.

Great food, but mismanaged. Staff are pretty commonly doing the work of several people, which leads to long wait times for customers, running out of bread, toppings, etc. The no cash is ok for me most days, but i can see how it alienates some ppl. If im dying for a cheese steak and I don't feel like going further than a short walk. JM is an ok option. Otherwise, there's plenty of options for a sandwich for lunch. Besides the hot subs, there's just not really anything special about the concept. It's very plain. I can dump oil n vinegar on my sandwich too.Vegetarian options: Cheese sub. Pretty much it.Dietary restrictions: They do go outta their way for people with gluten allergies, but it's not perfect. They can only clean so much for one sandwich. There's still cross contamination.Parking: 2-3 spots on the street in frontKid-friendliness: Not much to say. I think they just offer a mini and chips as a kids meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ?

Would not recommend coming to this Jersey Mike's. For starters, it is not a full sized restaurant- it is a *TINY* hole in the wall. The entire standing room (to pick up order, order and wait for food) can barely fit 5 adults comfortably. There is no person at the register and from what I gathered you either order ahead or order at the kiosk- so no cash. The wait was insane and by the time we were going to order, they were out of bread- all bread types. We left without ordering.Cannot speak on the food itself since we ended up leaving. For a quiet Monday night (no major events going on) navigating the area with assumed students zooming on bikes with no regard for traffic rules and people illegally crossing the street in dimly lit areas, and headache of finding parking- it is best to not drive to this location and probably avoid it all together.

Just took online ordered. The restaurant was empty. The guy who was at front being general manager of the store ignored my questions about menu and was pretty rude to me. I will never advise this place to anyone!

I have to say I never ever review but I really wanted to take the time and leave one for this restaurant because of what I noticed.1) When I came to leave a review, I noticed not many kind ones. Sure some may be overpriced but they give so much than other brands.2) I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. I was welcomed in, and as a first timer didn’t fully understand the way to order. That being said, the Manager there who I believe was a girl with blonde hair? She was super friendly and let me know how to use it. I guess being new you get a free cookie too. Definitely a bonus.3) The speed was insane. You could tell they have some newer staff but the manager there was really helping. It was super fun to watch. I was surprised that amongst all the busy orders that they had, her team killed it.Bonus: I am writing the review so late because I didn’t finish my other half and it’s still pretty good being refrigerated! Cheers!

Told we couldn't order without using the kiosk, and the workers were just standing there talking. 3 other customers were standing waiting for pickups, and the orders were ready, but no one told them that. No interaction from employees with anyone. Employee made the sandwich slower than I've ever seen in my entire adult life.Never again.

I really like this place. They do not have dine-in options. I feel that staff has always been friendly and accommodating here. The food has always been good here.

Workers were not friendly and didn’t acknowledge I was there. I used the kiosk but my sandwich took 20 minutes to make. No one started it for 5 minutes. They just stood around.

I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time in years. I received a coupon in the mail for a buy one get one and thought it would be a good time to try it out again. I had it once before with my family and remember it being a decent sandwich. The meal was fine. However, while in the restaurant it took close to twenty minutes for the order to be made. While preparing my orde, the two employees were using profane language the entire time. I ordered a sandwich that had roast beef and one of the employees while preparing the order began to talk about how their roast beef was nasty and didn't understand why people ordered it. I couldn't fathom how, while the customer receiving the order was in the restaurant, they would loudly berate their own product. I know that it's just a job for a lot of people but it really made the entire experience off putting. The employees were neither friendly or helpful while I waited to order.
