0/5. the assistant manager, who i am pretty sure gave me a fake name, told me this store doesn’t do deliveries for cash. i literally order from this store every weekend and pay cash for delivery. when i advised the person of this, i was told that it never happened. so they called me a liar essentially then claimed that there are no delivery bikers at the store. assistant manager should not be a manager at all. the person escalated the situation, offered no real solution, i never got the food, and was disrespected for no reason. don’t eat here.

Very easy to order. Adds extras for free and leaves the center bread in. Staff very friendly and happy to be working. The bread is soft and moist with a crunchy crust. Vegetarian is delicious. Crispy veggies and creamy cheese.

I ordered at around 915pm said deliverybfor 10pm its 1106pm no food called stoare for an hour no answer store jj9063 state street madison i want my money back and everyone fired will be filing a suit.

This is how my food was delivered . No drink either . When I called to place a complaint it’s like they already knew that it was delivered in such rough shape and the drink was missing .First thing the person said was oh are you calling because of no drink ! I was like yes and the fact that my food looks like it was mauled by a raccoon . Come to find out the person on the other end made the delivery ! And just didn’t care . Said oh I thought your soda condensation did that ! Like What and I don’t even get the soda . Who on earth would feel comfortable eating something presented like this ! And then being told it was from a missing soda ?

We walked in and manger yelled at young trainee for a simple mistake, and while making our food, both managers took a hit of a vape and then let the trainee (looked less then 18) take a hit too. This was in front of us and by our food. Not okay.

Girl, with all the piercings, kind of gave me a hard time because I walked and chose to do a mobile order while I was already there. The app doesn't give a description of what's in a sandwich, so I went to the store first to read what they have in it. The food was good, the dining room is super tiny. Seating sucks. I guess cause it's downtown.
This morning, 11/3, there was an employee working at this Jimmy Johns that was extremely rude, condescending, and demeaning towards us, the customers, and her coworkers. Upon arrival, she snapped at us about ordering a pickle wich and was quite literally yelling at the young man she was working with. It created an extremely stressful and unenjoyable environment. This employee should be put in their place immediately and should never be allowed to work a shift with that young man again. I would even go as far to say she was verbally assaulting him. I hope the management addresses this.

They won't deliver from State Street to Town of Madison. Not even 3 miles. Do you need to live in walking distance? Seriously weak. 2024 update: they have since built one just 1.2mi from the house. Still won’t deliver ?

Lived up to freaky fast today and served it up with a smile. I ordered a case at about 1pm today after papa John’s fell through for an event I was helping host. I ordered and drove over expecting to wait a few minutes for my order to be ready. But no I walked in and they already had it sitting in the box ready to go! Will absolutely use them in the future, though I’ll try to order a bit more in advanced next time.

Great subs, fast service. I usually go in person rather than deliver. All of the times I have delivered though, they were prompt and did so within just 10-15 minutes.
Parking: State Street has a paid parking lot, but only accessible from University Avenue. It is located just behind State Street Brats if looking from State Street.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very cramped store, wheelchair accessibility is only for simple non-powered wheelchairs. No automatic door, can be difficult to wheel up and into the place.
