Part of my order was missing, they said they’d refund it, never did. I guess they’re just cool with taking your money if they made a mistake.Edit: Reported online what happened and asked for it to be refunded. They instead gave me a free side and told me to call the store, even though I already did that and it solved nothing. What kind of customer service is this? Would rate 0/5 if possible.

I used to shop at the Randall location on my way home from class, but their bread is hard and they sold me expired chips. This store is much better but it doesn't compare to one of Enzo's sandwiches. I only come to Jimmy John's when I'm drunk now.

We ordered from Jimmy John's for a company luncheon and gave them a full week's notice as well as instructions to take the elevator up to the fourth floor of our building to drop off the delivery. Instead, the general manager left our food in the main lobby of our very busy building and it was stolen. I never received a call or voicemail until after he was back at the store and by the time I went down to the lobby it had been stolen. The worst part of this is that we had 40 people waiting for food and the general manager said that all he could do was refund us, no replacement food or anything. We've never had an issue like this in the past and are sorely disappointed in the customer service here. If you're ordering for a company event, I would caution against using this Jimmy Johns. We'll never be ordering from them again.

This location is more freaky slow than freaky fast. I’ve never had an order, regardless of time of day, leave the store in less than 30 minutes and still take forever to get to me. Expect around an hour from when you order to finally get your food. The sandwiches are standard Jimmy John’s fare, so a pretty solid sandwich, but the delivery time is atrocious. They need to hire more delivery folks, because their current staffing clearly doesn’t cut it, or let them live up to their own slogan.

i don’t know how they do it but i’ve literally never gotten the incorrect order. you’d figure just by ordering delivery from there for so long that eventually they’d make a mistake, but i’ve never had that happen. i appreciate their dependable accuracy in their orders!! nicely done, thanks ya’ll
