I ordered a 16 inch sub to have left overs for the next day. Mayo and mustard on the side with a bag of chips. Instead I got an 8 inch sub that was not the sub I ordered, and no chips were given. I paid almost 25$ including tip to get a sandwich I will not eat, no chips. And when I went into the app to try and get some sort of refund or credit, there was nothing to help me along with that

The 7 months that I spent here were the best of my life; I miss the clients, I miss the staff, and I miss the city. I was the General Manager from February 2023 to October 2023. I relocated on short notice to help the company, and I sacrificed a lot; I slept on a floor in Wisconsin while I still had a place in Illinois (found a bed in July).I truly did my best to serve the local populace. I cared about everyone and I made sure my staff was paid well. I even, maybe foolishly, decided to help an employee with a place to stay because they showed talent.Unfortunately, due to the quick relocation and demands of the business, I was unable to move fully in to Wisconsin. This created mental stress that I communicated with upper management; eventually, I was forced to work 18 days in a row, and that's when I started to break. The company then terminated me, and I'm now homeless. I wasn't even given a chance.Every day, I'm reminded of all the hard work I put in, to only be tossed aside like a tissue. Thanks JJ

First AND last time I order from this location. I ordered a combo meal last Saturday evening that was supposed to arrive by 5:45 PM. By 6 PM my meal was a no-show so I phoned the restaurant and found out that my food was still sitting there because they had no delivery drivers and had to call Door Dash. Okay...so why don't you post that information? My scheduled break went without a meal. At 6:30 I finally got my food, but with a stale Coke and a sandwich that was left sitting in the fridge for several more hours at my workplace. Sick and tired of spending $20-plus for so-so food and lousy service.
