Very disappointed with the state of this Jimmy John’s today. There were at one point maybe 15 people inside waiting for their food, no one knew what was going on, multiple people, including myself, cancelled our online orders that were submitted at least 30+ min prior to arriving to the restaurant. There was clearly a new staff person there who wasn’t properly trained, looking around, embarassed with 7 half made subs in front of her. The other staff were constantly touching the computers, receipts, etc with gloves on and then going back to touch food and make the subs. By far the worst Jimmy John’s experience I have had. Nothing fast about it. Just freaky bad.

Well, that was my last delivery ever from Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are fine, but if abandoning my food at the outside door of my apartment building is what passes for delivery now, it's not worth it.

Can never count on them being open during their posted hours. Says they close at 8 on Sunday, show up and 6 and the store is closed. I’d recommend hiring a competent manager who can keep a store open normal hours.

Had a delivery. We had a delivery set for 11:3@ for our office and it was delayed. I called and they said they had a lot of orders for that location so they were getting them all ready and bring them all over. We have set lunches and were told it’d be ready by 11:30 but it wasn’t delivered until 12:15. I called a few more times. The first time I was out on hold, the second time the phone was taken off the hook, and the last time I was hung up on. Terrible service!

Ordered food at 11:19 - email sent it was out for deliver 11:39 . 12:30 still no food called to ask update he stated the delivery guy was still out. I stated that this was crazy an hour and I'm just up the street. Called back 1245 still no food. They canceled the order and refunded. Without notification no sorry no nothing so there went my full lunch hour and no food. Worse service ever. And i do a lot of deliveries from jj because I work at the hospital and it's easier.

My tuna unwich only tasted of raw onion. I’m not a fan. That said, my husband and son liked their sandwiches and the service was good.

After waiting 50 minutes for my sub, with the delivery time continuing to be pushed back, I called to cancel my order only to be heckled by the "manager on duty." Absolutely disappointed with what they think is appropriate communication + etiquette.
