Did an online delivery that is not far from their location at all. Placed it at 11:25, made it for 12:00, said it was out for delivery at 12:03. Low and behold, writing this at 12:49 and 4 missed calls and a hang up, it has not arrived.

Staff was friendly and dare I say "freaky fast"!!
Good sandwich and after 2pm got the combo (Chips and drink) at no extra cost. The BBQ chips are Jimmy Johns branded as are all of there potato chip bags. I couldn't tell the difference from Lays chips, they were great.

Really disappointed with the Mediterranean Chicken wrap. The chicken had the consistency of gritty chicken paste although it looked like beast meat, the wrap was a tough chew seriously stale and the veggies had an odd after taste. Lesson learned stick with the Hunter's Club Unwich with avocado no mayo. Great flavor and a healthy option. This lunch gross out was courtesy of the Mineral Point Madison WI location.

Can’t believe a full sandwich costs $20 and it still comes out wrong. I rather stick to going to the campus location where it’s almost half price, fast service, and the sandwich is made correctly.

Workers misunderstood an order and then talked back with attitude because they forgot my free topping. Also delivery driver must have snacked on the pickle spear that was supposed to be included with my meal because it never arrived.Also JJ customer service is literally just a feedback survey, they will not follow up or respond to anything on their comment

I should have known by the reviews... But I placed my order anyway. I tried to pick my sandwiches up 25 minutes after I placed my order, only for them not to be ready.After waiting five minutes, the guy asked what my name was and said he was just getting to them. I asked him how long it would take because my daughter needed to be at her vball game. He said 5-7 minutes, so I said I'd be right back after dropping her off.15 minutes later, I walked into the store and he said again, "I'm just getting to them now." When I asked him why they weren't done, he said he was the only one there working. Ok, that's fine, but what did he do during the fifteen minutes I was gone? Well, he obviously made the sandwiches for the other people who had since come into the store and were sitting enjoying their sandwiches.50 minutes is not freaky fast. This store does not prioritize in the order that orders are placed. The online orders are bumped to the end of the line. I love Jimmy John's, but I'll frequent the one in Middleton instead. I never have issues there.Oh, and as far as the atmosphere of the store - Don't play heavy metal music. That's for weightlifters in the gym, not for restaurants.
