I tried to pick my sandwiches up 25 minutes after I placed my order, only for them not to be ready.After waiting five minutes, the guy asked what my name was and said he was just getting to them. I asked him how long it would take because my daughter needed to be at her vball game. He said 5-7 minutes, so I said I'd be right back after dropping her off.15 minutes later, I walked into the store and he said again, "I'm just getting to them now." When I asked him why they weren't done, he said he was the only one there working. Ok, that's fine, but what did he do during the fifteen minutes I was gone? Well, he obviously made the sandwiches for the other people who had since come into the store and were sitting enjoying their sandwiches.50 minutes is not freaky fast. This store does not prioritize in the order that orders are placed. The online orders are bumped to the end of the line. I love Jimmy John's, but I'll frequent the one in Middleton instead. I never have issues there.Oh, and as far as the atmosphere of the store - Don't play heavy metal music. That's for weightlifters in the gym, not for restaurants.

Yeah store JJO232 at 6130 Mineral Point rd Madison, WI could certainly use some work. Got ripped off half a giant sub last week and still have not been even refunded. When I contacted the store they said I would be contacted the next day...still waiting for that call.

A year ago they had a really rude young punk manager and another rude staff member which they got rid of which was a great thing. Today super friendly and great customer service staff but when I got home I went to eat my sandwich and the bread has to be at least 2 days old! It was a disappointment!

Very unhappy with this location, I put in a delivery order at 11:46am. I didn’t get my food until 2:30pm!! My soda was flat and warm, and my wrap wasn’t even cut in half. In this timeframe I had called 6 times with no answer.

This place is great, fast, and easy to order online for pickup.... Every time I came in, I picked up my order. About 8 people working and sandwiches were filled with meat and other things i added to it for free like the jimmy Peppers ... plus, never had delivered. Problems, just order an hour b4 ...

Just do yourself a favor and order from any other Jimmy John's in the Madison area. Read all the other reviews. I took a gamble because hey, it can't be as bad as everyone is saying, right?They literally only put one slice of meat on my sandwich (the big John, for reference), took forever to get to my apartment which is like, only 5 min away, soda was flat when it got here, and it was overall just obsurd. Terrible. Just a sad sandwich for the amount of money spent and the time it took. Maybe service is better in person, but I doubt it.
Forgot my drink, didn’t cut my sandwich in half, delivery driver drove like a maniac, and took over an hour to deliver my food and I am less then 5 minutes from them. I called asking about where my food was, was on hold for almost 10 minutes and they hung up. I called again and asked for a refund and they have me a $5 credit. Horrible service.

This place needs it's slogan to be subs so slow you'll freak! Took over and hour to get my order and my soda was flat when it got here. No help from the store over the phone. Also I ordered jimmy peppers and the sandwich had exactly 3 pepper slices - not really what I was expecting from past jj experiences.

Walked in here asked for a "number 10 plz." Went to bathroom came back to get sandwich went to car took bite out of it no lettuce. Then dude making sandwich tried to argue with person that took my order. Saying I heard him say no lettuce. Said nothing of the sort.Will nvr come back.
