Don’t order delivery. They use a third party and the third party never delivers right. I waited over an hour to get my food, then had to call for them to tell me that they failed at the delivery.

They’re using Uber to deliver the food. This was 7 minutes away from us but with a 3rd party delivery it took 45 minutes. They should let you know when you choose delivery this is what they’re going to do.

I can't really give a fair rating on atmosphere since both my orders were online. However service i gave 3 because last time I ordered the jimmy johns delivery person was very kind and apologized for being late but the 2nd time I ordered my food was over 20 min late both toasted subs were cold. The delivery person im assuming was 3rd patty, didn't even follow deli very instructions.i live in a complex and there are punk kids who take door dash and other deliveries off the front. Also since my food was so late they were soggy and very unappetizing. If they aren't freaky fast anymore then the delivery fee should at least be waived and tip refunded. Very disappointing will not be using their delivery services again.

The women employee made us feel VERY unwelcomed. She was very rude!
Last 3 times I have tried to come order food store has been closed due to being short staffed which I totally get considering this place doesn’t pay practically anything but tonight to my suprise I see the store is open I walk in to place my order and was informed they are out of bread … just can’t catch a break man

Closed at 6 pm on a Monday. No warning or apology. At least I didn’t have to put up with the staff and their well-documented attitude and obnoxiously loud/bad music. The strip is also a dump. Shows how much the owner cares about your experience as a customer…. Save your dignity and go anywhere else.
