Again, my order was entered wrong...Ordered 2-16" subs of different types and one 8". She made two 8" and one 16". I had to repeat myself 4 times while ordering. The music was so loud in there it was difficult to hear. I noticed the problem when she was making the subs. So she made another 8" to give me what I ordered. But she looked at me like I was scamming her. I did pay for the second 8" sub. So that cost me more than one 16". But it gets better... When everyone started eating the subs, they were not good. The bread was old tasting, and the crust was so hard I had to peel the top off to make it edible.I think this is the last time I go there, have given them too many changes to create an order without issues. Be it ordering or getting things right on the sub.

I do doordash and every time i come in here and pickup my order they ask to see me confirm it and i always do never had a problem. Today did the same thing and the black teenager lady felt entitled enough to try to rip my phone out of my hands after the white lady gave me my food because she saw that i confirmed it. She really had to try to rip my phone out of my hand to make sure ? How embarrassing. Very disrespectful and makes me not even want to come back to pickup orders from this location again . No problem with the white girl that’s always in there she’s always seen me confirm but the black girl needs to be taught common respect .

Online order wasn't ready on time, took probably 15 min while there were other employees just standing around. Order was wrong. The bag the cookie comes in is supposed to be sealed but it was open ? won't be back to this JJs.

FYI: they do not hire their own delivery drivers (contradicts the CEO's message about controlling the experience), which means if you book an order on their website and want to use cash to have them deliver it, they will NOT do it. They outsource it to UberEats (who won't accept cash. DoorDash does if you tell them to, that's how Papa John's keeps their service quality).Self delivery is how it works EVERYWHERE in the US. This is the first and only out of tons of JJ's where they refused to just staff their own drivers OR use a service that allows them to still accept cash for deliveries.

Not fast. Not freaky fast. They talk a lot when taking the order. Accuracy good. But I feel nervous they might get it wrong. Ambience, seems like they are just doing the job. I miss subs so fast you will freak. It's on their shirts.

Store is horrible. Took over an hour for one sandwich. Tried to call to check on delivery and was put on a 10 min hold and then got attitude for checking in. Used to have great customer service, but it’s gone down as the prices have gone up.

We used this location for lunch for our wedding party while getting ready. We placed the order a day before the wedding. I ordered their new Baja chicken salad. The lettuce was brown, there was no chicken, no dressing, it came with no silverware either. Other individuals had issues with accuracy of their order and quality of food as well. There’s a reason this location is rated as low as it is. Go somewhere else.
