This is some of the best tea I've ever had! I've been meaning to stop by since Jing Jing Cha opened and finally got the chance today. The location and menu are no frills and honestly no fancy additions are needed!
The space is sparse and quiet, and seats are available to enjoy the tea on site if preferred.
I ordered the jasmine milk tea and it is so delicious. The tea is clearly high quality and brewed perfectly (not bitter, not weak), and the sweetness level is not over sweetened either. A small but important point, their lids for their tea are already really sturdy and nice with no spilling if you need to take your beverage to go. If you love high quality, traditional tea, this place is a must-visit! Can't wait to return.

The jasmine milk is SO GOOD! Just like Molly Tea/Hey Tea in NYC/Cali. I couldn’t believe it. The place looks abandoned from outside but it’s a gem!!! I’m gonna go here all the time now. No other jasmine tea in Madison compares!

great little place on the corner! I ordered a gardenia milk tea and was pleasantly surprised when the 50% sugar I requested was actually not too sweet, unlike most bubble tea places. Great flavor and great, quick service!

I got Ceylon & lemonade for my friend and Jasmine milk tea for myself and they were very refreshing. Rich flavour and sweet aftertaste. Unlike other places, the 50% sugar actually tasted like 50% and it was the perfect amount. My friend says the lemonade was exactly what she was looking for since coming back from her trip to China.
Bag and cups were sturdy, easy to transport. Cute packaging and amazing service. Staff was very accommodating and gave recommendations. Amazing atmosphere, I felt welcomed. My only complaint was the music was a bit loud, it was hard to hear. But overall would come back again.

I recommend the Black Tea + Milk and Jasmine Tea + Milk! My friend got the Gardenia Tea + Coconut Milk. All the drinks were tasty, and the tea flavor was strong (which is a good thing). The packaging is also cute too!
