Mom’s bar is the de facto karaoke bar of Madison! It’s a small place that offers a cozy atmosphere and an awesome karaoke catalog (Karafun) — they’ll have pretty much any song you could think of singing. Be aware that if you want to be able to sing on weekends, you’ll probably need to pay to move up in the queue or arrive early. The drinks served are standard for a college bar, nothing fancy.

I LOVE this bar! The staff is absolutely incredible and the karaoke adds the perfect touch. Kat and Dylan are the bartenders who helped me all night and they are hands down the best bartenders I’ve met. Kat makes THE BEST long islands in town. This is the place to go!!!
Fun place! Logan and the other bartenders are very hospitable and friendly here. Good service, cheap drinks, nothing pretentious, karaoke is fun. No food or snacks even is my only gripe. I hope to be back soon!

This bar is ALWAYS packed everytime I go. Make sure you sign up for karaoke right away because the list is usually full by midnight. The crowd is so supportive and really gets into every song.
Vegetarian options: No food here
Dietary restrictions: No food here
Parking: Parking on streets all around but none on university drive, unfortunately and they are all 2 hour parking, however Plenty of parking garages that are very inexpensive. I think I paid like $5 for 3 hours. Also meters are turned off on weekends so street parking is free
Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed
Wheelchair accessibility: Possible but with the amount of people and little space I wouldn't recommend it.
