Had the katsu rice bowl, I appreciate all of the fresh veggies and it was packed with protein! Husband and best friend enjoyed thier meals as well.

Skip it. Lacks flavor sadly. I liked the variety but unfortunately not good.
Also no marinated eggs, just cold medium to hard boiled plain egg.
I hope flavor improves as it has potential.

We had dessert here with the strawberry matcha cake and the cream bread. Both were very good. Everything was nicely packaged, looked and tasted fresh.

Ramen just ok. Pork terribly undercooked. Toppings poor. egg & noodles good. broth below average. Edible but not as good as most ramen in town. fast friendly service nice casual atmosphere. can't recommend.

This was the best tonkatsu I ever had. The bowl is like twice the size you get at other restaurants for the same price. It was packed with beef, tons of noodles and an egg (I ordered an extra). The broth was creamy and flavorful.

The server at the counter was really sweet and helpful and provided to-go containers, which you will most definitely need. Atmosphere is a food court, but with all the different offerings to satisfy our different tastes, it was exactly what we wanted. Will be back.

The broth was delicious and the meat was so savory. Definitely recommend anyone to come try it.

Just had ramen last night, and I got food poisoning. I have been awake every 2 hours in the bathroom, this is the worst by far!!!!

Definitely lost our business. Ordered a ramen dish, was given an udon dish because casher rang up wrong order. Tried to get this fixed and the employee argued with us. Honestly, don't even bother going here. Customer service is a joke.

I have been missing out, this place is delicious. I got the grilled chicken rice bowl togo. It's filled to the brim with chicken, avocado, a soft boiled egg, veggies, grilled meat on top of a bed of rice. You also get miso soup on the side. This is my go to spot from now on.

I was excited to get some ramen but it was inedible. It tasted like milk water, there was no broth flavor. Disappointed with the price/value.
With that being said, the yakisoba was good.

Did the owners change? I lived in Madison a while back and used to come here for lunch often. I was in town and stopped in recently to order my favorite dish…braised pork with add-on beef. But they no longer have that option and I also couldn’t add pork to the braised beef dish on the menu. I ordered the braised beef anyways, however, the sides are different now (more American style than Asian) and the beef was so dry. Didn’t even look braised at all. I also stopped in back in May and was able to order the braised pork dish then. However, it was also really salty. ☹️

Every time I come by, they are never open. Even though they say they are. Very poor service!

Skip the Shoyu broth, maybe others are better but the shoyu is flavorless even with the “spicy” option. Noodles are way over cooked and the unidentifiable spiralized veggies in the soup are annoying to eat. Also, no soy sauce available to make the broth palatable.Awesome food hall otherwise, I recommend checking out all the options!
