The lobby was well maintained. Brought my friend here for lunch and got those new festive pot pie deals. The apple pie poppers are really good paired with the pot pies and it wasn’t a bad price at all. The staff were friendly and it didn’t take long for my order.

I saw a commercial about the chicken sandwich I've had all the other competitors chicken sandwich but I never had the Kentucky fried Chicken chicken sandwich so speaking at the drive-thru I asked could I get the regular sandwich not the spicy one fresh cooked The person on the microphone turned out to be a gentleman named Dennis he said the ones that The ones available had only been in the warmer for 4 minutes and it would be a 10 minute wait on a fresh cook one I expressed that I definitely didn't mind waiting I was on my way to the University of Wisconsin My wife just had open heart surgery a 12-hour surgery with a team of 12 doctors and I knew I was going to be probably spending the night tonight again at the hospital so I just needed to put something else in my stomach but I was also thinking about seeing if I could get something for her but she wouldn't answer her phone she's on an open diet and can eat whatever even though she has 55 stitches down the front of her stomach and another 18 on her right groin she's an extreme pain but she can eat and that's a good thing and they need her to eat to wake her stomach back up The surgery was to replace a lower aorta a difficult surgery but praise God in Jesus name the good doctors that UW did an excellent job and by the grace of God she's still with me it's been a trying week a lot of anxious nervousness watching a board saying simply in the operating room waiting for it to switch to end recovery it's been one difficult week for us but Dennis and I hope he gets a chance to hear about this message from his management team because I was a wreck at the drive-thru his professionalism even though I was speaking to him through a speaker he calmed me down and said no problem I got you just pull over and I'll bring it up to you which he did upon handing me the back he said that's piping hot Don't bite right down into it give it a few minutes and I have to say I very much enjoyed the sandwich Kentucky fried Chicken has a winner Dennis I sincerely thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism your location is 2 miles from my house we often order from that location and my wife normally is the one that would do the running and pick up our order she likes to stand there and wait to say exactly how she wants it so we don't do delivery but your location has definitely got us locked in as loyal consumers and Dennis you are the man thank you brother You're definitely see me again take care and I highly recommend if you're in this location off of fish Hatchery Road and Madison Wisconsin ask for Dennis he'll take very good care of you

Dennis Was Exceptional! I recently visited the KFC location on Greenway and Fish Hatchery in Madison, WI, and I was blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the unmistakable smell of fresh, crispy chicken. But what really made this visit stand out was the service from Dennis. Honestly, Dennis deserves more than five stars – he was a solid 20/10! From his friendly demeanor to his attention to detail, he went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. He took the time to explain the menu options and even offered a few great recommendations (which turned out to be delicious, by the way). It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing top-notch service. Not only was the food hot and fresh, but it was also perfectly seasoned – exactly what I was craving. The store was clean, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Dennis really made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable, which is something you don’t always get when dining out. I was greeted by a very nice young man who was ready to give me my online order. The facility was clean and inviting. Staff was very courteous and prompt. I've been coming into this KFC over the years and it's always been mediocre. Recently though, especially after the facelift it got, service has been better and quality has been good. If it can keep improving, I wouldn't hesitate to order dinner here on a busy night.
