Drinks are good but service is SO SLOW. Waited 20 minutes for a drink when the place was basically empty. Honestly staff wasn’t really friendly or seemed busy either. Despite the extremely long wait for 1 drink. Don’t come here if you are in a rush.

Took 25 minutes to get one drink. Apparently the "strawberry cronch" they've advertised is a "complicated" drink they don't know how to make. Then whys it advertised?? Do not go here unless you have close to half hour to spare for a beverage.

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea and was shocked to find that the staff were cutting hair during service hours! I waited for at least 15 minutes without anyone attending to me, despite having a numbered ticket. The store was empty, and it seemed like the employees were more focused on their personal grooming than serving customers.

The lack of attention and unprofessional behavior was disappointing. I had been looking forward to enjoying a refreshing drink, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and prioritizes customer service.

Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
