French pastry chef makes the best. It’s like I’m in France again. I don’t know how he makes the crust on his lemon tarts, but it’s out of this world.

La Baguette is such a sweet little place. Great to enjoy a treat and a beverage of choice - a nice place to go solo, or with others. On Saturdays they serve crepes! Many other things to try here - but I originally came for the macarons and they did not disappoint. They have an array of colors and flavors. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options - from crepes to sandwiches to desserts. Not so sure for vegans, though!(?)

I've only had macarons from here and they're very good, fresh and flavorful. The cashier was really nice and gave me a few recommendations on flavors.

Always a fun, relaxing & delicious experience. I’ve been a customer since they opened in 2001.

Fabulous food and flavors! The tartine with prosciutto, blue cheese, apples and walnuts was delicious paired with the French onion soup! Thank you for the wonderful lunch!

Honestly, pretty "eh". Not bad, mind you, just kind of mid. I'd go to the European Bakery in Middleton if you're looking for that good-good bread.

This place has the best lattes in Madison (and I’ve tried lots of places). You can tell that they use high quality ingredients. Their food, especially the quiches, is heavenly. Definitely my favorite bakery/cafe and my friends all love it too. The ambience inside is mediocre but the food more than makes up for that.

We recently ordered a variety of sandwiches, quiches, and macarons from La Baguette for a retirement party, and everything was perfect! The service was outstanding, everything was ready on time and great quality.

The food was a huge hit! Every guest commented on how delicious everything was. We loved being able to support a local business and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you, La Baguette, for helping us create such a memorable celebration for our colleague!

Great food and selection! You'll want to arrive earlier in the day as some items tend to sell fast.

Very nice French cafe with fresh baked goods. My favorite are the smoked salmon tartette and crepes! Service was good and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. Definitely will come back to try all the other pastries!

STORE HOURS AREN'T CORRECT.

Camped outside the store for their 7:30am opening today (Saturday). Both Google and THEIR DOOR has the store hours including Saturday starting at 7:30. I drove about 30 minutes one way and I say there to their door being closed, no lights on, and door locked. What a waste of gas.

They seemed very displeased to see me walk in, even though I had a smile on my face. The croissant was dry and the latte was disgusting, had a burnt taste and way over priced ? not worth it. Would rather go to Starbucks, even if the coffee sucked..at least the people would be friendly and welcoming.
