I had a really nice experience at La Pollera Colombiana the other night. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the menu is huge with plenty of options, and the restaurant itself is really cute and well decorated, creating a trendy but homey atmosphere. The bathrooms were very clean too. We happened to be there when they were playing live music which was really fun! I got the salmon in passionfruit sauce which was incredible and flavorful. My partner got chicken and said it was perfectly cooked. We each got huge portions and left feeling full and satisfied. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant :)

Food is great like the seafood soup and the steak with sauce and the chicken with sauce. Also the beans are good. Every meal comes with rice and beans. The drinks are expensive the food is expensive and customer service sucks. I did not get greeted and I had no idea who was my server and for a group of 4 you get a gratuity taken out. Which I find it ridiculous. No good service but food is great wish I could go back but the experience sucked so no thank you I went at least 4 times and it did not improve it got worse every time. FIx this and maybe I will go back and support I did spent about $160 on a table of 4. That is why am not satisfied with the service.

This place is a gem!!! The Columbian Chorizo is amazing, as are the natural juices... they have Soursop! Our waiter was the best, sharing what he missed about his country. Beautifully decorated. I love in particular how each province/state was commemorized outside of the bathrooms.
Outstanding food. Great value for money. So so delicious! The special Saturday soup was incredible- highly recommend. Nourishing, flavourful…so good. And the roast chicken with beans and plantain was outstanding as well. No notes.

I visited this place a lot and always had a good experience. I think they changed the waiters. I went with my partner and was served by a thin waiter with a beard. He gave us the table, took the order and the drinks and we had to wait approximately. 30 minutes for two natural juices that never arrived at our table and the place was not very busy. We stopped and went with my partner. I think this place is good but the service was terrible!!!!!
