Great, authentic experience. I was originally brought here by a co-worker who was from Venezuela... I think that tells you a lot about the food! Have been eating here for years, and I especially love their Pabellón.

I love taguara, always have. Prices are not cheap compared to other restaurants in the state but that's Madison for you.
They have the best arepas I've ever had No other arepas have ever compared. Get everything on it and it's more than enough for a full meal.
I love La Taguara and can shell out whatever it takes to get this deliciousness.

Amazing food! I got the BANDEJITA PAISA I liked everything except the ground beef was oily and the pork belly was a little more fatty than I wanted but the flavor was good

Really impressed by La Taguara! The food was great and the service was fast. They have great gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian notations on the menu and have a lot of options for people with dietary restrictions. There are even two gluten free dessert options! I will definitely be coming back here.
Dietary restrictions: Gf, df, and vegetarian notations on the menu. Kitchen does appear to be a shared space, but the kitchen staff was knowledgeable about what items were already gf or could be made gf.
