Absolutely fantastic!! My brother and I stopped here as we were wandering through Madison. Everything you'd hope for in a good Mexican restaurant - authentic, tasty, fun, super chill staff. 5/5!!! Fajita was great, and I've had a lot of different ones before!!

The food okay not authentic like real Mexican food but it was still good why lie the tilapia pacifico was fire🔥 good and the dip bean with cheese was good overall it was good for a Valentine's day with the family.

Love this place. My person favorites are the Quesadilla Fajita (served at lunch only), Fajitas Guadalajara, and the Burrito de la Roqueta. The margaritas are the best that I have ever had. First couple of sips feel like a tequila injection. Taste is wonderful. There is no Mexican equal for me, this is it.

All-around plus experience. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Nice decor with comfortable seating. Waitress was pleasant and efficient. Broad menu of standards plus several interesting finessed items. The food came super FAST. Everybody was happy with the taste and quantity-- plenty for a to-go box! For all these high points, you are also happy that the price is NOT very high.

Laredo's Mexican Restaurant in Madison has quickly become my go-to for authentic, satisfying Mexican cuisine, primarily because of one standout dish: their Chile Rellenos.
​For me, a great Chile Relleno is all about the balance of texture and flavor, and Laredo's nails it every time. The poblano pepper is beautifully roasted and tender, perfectly complemented by a rich, savory cheese filling that is molten and gooey. The batter is light and fluffy—more like a delicate omelette than a heavy, oily coating—which is exactly how it should be. Smothered in their excellent, flavorful tomato-based sauce, the dish feels comforting and incredibly fresh. It’s the kind of dish that is so expertly prepared, you find yourself ordering it every single time, even when you promise yourself you'll try something new. Laredo's Chile Rellenos are, simply put, perfection.

Went for a birthday and the food is authentic Mexican food, they offer chili de arbol hot sauce which is the best in my opinion.

Was delivered by door dash, it was not very good I had gotten a three entree plate but everything tasted the same I couldn't tell one from the other, the one thing I did taste was the quesadilla and that was made with American cheese! Disgusting
