The worst experience in my life. You place your order and you still don't get the complete order. Called to talk to the manager and no where to be found. They lost my business. Corporate will be call next if they are ever open. I will not let this die.

That it's a terrible service and that they don't do their job very well, and that they should clean the restaurant it's very dirty and they don't have good customer service I don't buy there again I don't recommend them at all there are much better places than that

The workers were extremely rude here, they didn’t say anything to me and when my order was ready they just threw it on the counter and I didn’t know if it was mine or not. There was also a bunch of people in the parking lot asking for money and I felt pretty unsafe

On Sept 25 experienced bad customer service my order was never placed staff was rude when I got to the store to pay for my pizza the cashier told me they never got the order as a result I had to get dinner elsewhere I did report this to their corporate office. They also closed the store at 10 when it hours were till 11pm just a bad store an rude staff

I ordered 3 pizzas but they only delivered 2. The Door Dash driver said there were only 2 put in the locker he gets them from. I showed him my receipt to prove I was missing 1 pizza. He said i needed to contact the location I ordered from and that it was their mistake. I called them and they said only Door Dash can refund me (which makes no sense) ..... The man i talked to at the E Washington location actually said the driver probably purposely took it. After being bounced back and forth and having no help whatsoever I gave up. I don't care about the money but it was the principal of it. I won't be going back.

I ordered the pretzel pepperoni pizza, a twice brownie, and a cheese cup. When order arrived the pretzel crust was burned with tiny amounts of salt on it and no brownie in sight. I was refunded through door dash but that was my experience. I did enjoy the pizza besides the burnt crust though.

My family and myself have always had a love for Little Caesars Pizza, we are from Illinois and just moved here to Wisconsin. This location is sad. The restaurant is dirty , the customer service is poor , they had no pizzas ready. So we waited for pizzas to be made, only for them to be burnt. I tried calling and got no answer several times. This location is sad and we will not be going back.
