If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called and nobody answered so I went to the store and ordered a pizza/sticks combo and asked him for white sauce and the guy at the register says "we don't carry that" so I said fine do regular marinara, I asked for the pizza to be cheese since I cant eat peperoni, I sat down and looked at the app and of course little Ceasars offers white garlic sauce but since I had paid already I chose to not say anything regarding the sauce. They gave me a peperoni pizza and when I went back and let him know that I could NOT eat it he just took my receipt, didnt say a word and went back and started making a new one, I told him he didnt need to make one since I would call corporate for a refund, he told me that for next time I should know that I cannot order that pizza without the peperoni and pretended it was all my fault. The customer service was horrible and I will not be going back anytime soon.

Go inside and stand at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees actively ignore you. Other customers pile up behind you also ignored. Some leave due to poor/no service. Pizza is fine but the customer service is terrible. You're busy I get it, just need to acknowledge your customers. Not too difficult.

Ordered from Uber. Got the wrong order and driver told me to call the store. I called over 10 times over a 30 minute time period and the store never picked up. Uber couldn't give me a full refund because the store accepted my order. Couldn't get a refund from the store because they never picked up the phone.

This is one of the best Little Caesars around. Man, they know how it supposed to be done. I'm really not a fan of the pizza chain at all, but when I'm hungry and in Madison Wisconsin, I make sure I stop here for sure. I've noticed that they have changed their pizza dough. And to be quite honest, it's even better than the original. They garlic sauce on the hot and ready pepperoni is A1. Look, we've all had the pizza before, and we know it can have its up and downs depending on the location, but this one right here is always on point. I recommend this Little Caesar. ?????
