Ordered my 6 oz sirloin medium and it was raw in the middle. I don't expect to be comped as they sent it back and grilled it longer, but they could have taken off something for my inconvenience. That was another 10 minutes waiting while my daughter had her food. A steakhouse should know how to cood a basic steak! No refill on my sweet tea either, no offer, though they brought a refill of pop to my daughter. I've had better experiences at other Longhorn's. Won't go back to this one.

We come here often and the food is always excellent! Steaks are cooked perfectly, broccoli & baked potatoes are phenomena, and the chicken tenders are delicious! Service is fantastic as well 😋
go here about once a week the waiters really don’t know that they in danger then they try me know I hope they do! I don’t play about food that goes in my body say what you want about me don’t honey I don’t play around. I get hater vibes from the waiters. Texas road house is where I’m at from now on. Treat ppl how you want to be treated little girl! Iykyk

I have been to this particular restaurant several times and everything was so good. I don't know if something changed or they just can't handle the busyness of Friday night. The server seemed inexperienced and flustered, made mistakes with the order. I could had that slide if the food was good; but it was terrible... Both of our steaks were chewy and overcooked, the loaded potato was dry and overcooked and barely had any toppings, the parmesan crust wasn't a crust. I'm not sure I will ever come back or recommend this place anymore

This restaurant used to be one of our most favorite in the Madison area but after dining tonight I think it will be quite awhile before we come back. My spouse & I were celebrating his birthday & boy did we get surprises! My steak which was a ribeye was so thin (obviously not what we had enjoyed in the past) and was not med rare which is what I had ordered. The main course was served way before we had even had two sips of our cocktails! My spouse ordered the New York strip which was suppose to have been med rare also. It wasn't! I don't know what has happened to the LongHorn in Madison, WI but when they start copying the Roadhouse in their quality of steaks, we will no longer be a guest.
