Went there for a birthday celebration. Haven't been there in a while. Everything was pretty good except all 5 people who ordered steak all had overdone steaks. Not great when your a steak house. Flavor was great. Just overdone all the way around.

This is an excellent place in the West town mall area. It’s separated from the mall, but I find their food is excellent. They have a great app where you can order the food and come and pick it up and they bring it out to your car with all the utensils and everything you would need their soups are excellent. Their steaks are really good. I highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: They have a wide variation and great salad, so I’m sure they could find something
Dietary restrictions: Their menu is very varied. They would need to look at it, but I’m sure that they could find something healthy to eat there.
Parking: There is handicap, parking easily accessible and very easy to pick up dinner. They have specified places where you can pull in and they will text you when your order is ready and they will bring it out to you.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, it is kid and family friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to park in very easy to get into the restaurant and they will age you in seating you

We were in town for work went to eat there several times, great food and had a good time. We go to Longhorn Steakhouses all over the country. While out to eat one night we were greeted by the district manager good guy. He had a Longhorn Northface jacket on joking about it asked if they had anymore of them, he said no it was a company thing. Went on to ask about a hat or hoodie. He said he would get with the Manager Sandy. Was promise a couple different times that he was approved to get a couple goodies sent to us. Got our sizes and phone numbers. Still haven’t got any hoodies as promised. It’s not a big deal if they would have just said no but to keep leading us on like we were going to get a hoodie not cool. I even gave Sandy a pack of shirts from our company thinking it was a nice thing to do in exchange for longhorn hoodie.

Probably the worst steak I've ever had.
Ordered the outlaw and it came out raw and burnt at the same time.
My wife ordered the filet with fries and it looked like they threw it all on the plate from across the room.
The best part of the meal was the brussel sprouts and the fact that we didn't have to finish the steaks.

While dinning our entire group food was burnt which we had great solution from our wonderful server and her manager but i ordered a meal to go for my spouse and it was suppose to be well done steak combo and im not sure if the kitchen was lazy or if they all just cannot cook over all but from the burnt food to the take home meal being not cooked if it wasnt for the manager and server i would have never came back getting home i was going to write a review how those two wonderful people deserve nothing but goodness and mention nothing about food but opening up the togo order the way the kitchen staff cooking the food continued to mess up and honestly think they did it on purpose they would make a person never ever want to return again .

Went here tonight to celebrate my birthday. I followed the hostess to our table, way to much perfume. Order our food, order soup. She asked if we wanted it as a appetizer we said yes. The only thing she brought to out table was our drinks and bread! Manager brought out our food ask where the soup is, he looked and said sorry it got mixed up with the other table.He offered to get us soup, I said no. Take it off our bill.The waitress apologized and said it got mixed up with other table, then said to many people were sitted at the same time, and then said has a hard time understanding English. Husband ask how long she been working here, she says 6 months. The other thing is the manger had to apologize to her other tables that she messed up! So if you been working for 6 months there and make mistakes at all of your tables how the hell do you still have a job! I didn't order dessert, cuz of of the perfume she had on was a mouth full! I came from across town to celebrate, and was a complete fail!
