Food was over priced for the quality. Service was okay. Waited a while to close. Good vibe but no need to go back.

Group of 5 women. Went to Lucille before a show at Monona Terrace. Most of our group had never been there, but everyone loved the 2 pizzas we got, and the old fashioned's.

Service was fast- served tapas style as things were finished they were brought out so no waiting. Pizzas were great and so was the winter salad. Servers pleasant and efficient.

We made reservations a month prior due to the high demand. So our expectations were a bit higher than usual. However, our food came out one at a time. With big gaps in between. The waitress did comp us a dessert but overall the pizza and prices weren't worth the month wait to get a reservation. The festive ambiance made up for the experience at least.

Really enjoy the holiday decorations all over the restaurant made it such a fun meal. They don't have a kids meal but most kids like pizzas. The sausage was a little spicy so if hot is not your thing avoid that! The winter salad was very good too!

Loved the holiday pop up still going on after Christmas! Service was okay... a few mishaps with order. Caesar salad was honestly one of the worst I've ever had? There was the most minimal amount of dressing.... Plus it came after our pizzas despite how quick that could be made. Wood fire pizza was phenomenal though and would go back time and time again for those! Overall great vibes and a fun place to bring friends from out of town! Don't forget to show them the bank vault bar in the basement!

The salad was great all 3 pizzas we ordered were very good. Drinks were fun and unique. The Christmas decorations were amazing. A little expensive but what isn't today. The only reason we did not give a 5 star was our server inattentive distracted not interested. We had to ask other servers for help. He was more interested in moving on than listening and serving us. Very disappointing.🤨

1st time there. Worst Pizza i have ever had in my entire 57 years. We ordered the steel pan pizza. It was burnt lacking cheese and sauce. Never again would we be back. Our bill was $70, they offered only to give us half off on the pizza. Waitress was very nice, not her fault. But that should of never been served to anyone. Complete waste of money for us. I definitely could of got a pizza better at subway

Sat upstairs, food and service was great! Noise level was less upstairs also which was nice - easier to have a conversation

We had the most lovely time at Winter on King Street. We had the table overlooking the capitol. The hostess welcomed taking a picture of us and offered to seat us “at the best table,” and she did not disappoint; a holiday miracle - if you will. Pizza was tasty and the cheese curds were great with the marinara sauce. The festive mugs used to serve holiday themed drinks made me feel like a kid at Christmas! Worth going and definitely worth going during their holiday celebrations!

Both the food and the atmosphere were really great which is why it’s a shame to rate this place so low. My sister and I are from out of town. We went in and sat at the bar, and noticed that all the (white) customers around us were receiving their plates and cutlery before ordering, whereas we had to ask for plates after our food had arrived because we just hadn’t received them yet (they still didn’t give us cutlery). Bartenders also approached everyone else at the bar to take their orders and regularly checked in on them, whereas we had to flag a bartender down after waiting patiently for someone to approach us to take our orders or check in on us (which never happened). We kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, like “maybe they’re busy” or something, but once everyone had ordered and the bartenders weren’t busy, they were circling and checking in on all the customers (several times) except for us. It’s unfortunate because as people of color, we never really know if it’s due to our race or not, but it always ends up being the major assumption due to past experience and it leaves a bitter taste in our mouth. What should’ve been a fun little dinner ended with us leaving the restaurant and asking each other “was it kinda racist in there?” and dissecting that.

Anyways, I ordered the pandan painchiller mocktail and it was incredible, so if you can withstand a little bit of prejudice I’d definitely recommend! Seriously though, I don’t write this long review in the hopes that their business fails or anything (I’m not angry just disappointed), but simply pointing out an observation that can be fixed so that other people who look like me don’t have a similar experience in the future.

First time and definitely not the last time that I will visit this place! Great food and atmosphere. The steel pan (Detroit pizza) was very good. Not inexpensive! There was parking across the street in the ramp. We ate upstairs and the restaurant was packed. I had a great view of the capitol building from the table. Good selection of beverages and the wait staff worked hard. I just wish the signage on the side of the building was better since I was using Google Maps to follow the route to the restaurant and didn't see it until I was right in front.
