I've been to Lucille a few times and I'd have to say this was the most disappointing as far as the food/drink goes. Which is a bummer because I was with someone who had never visited before. We started with the empanadas to share- they seemed over fried; very dry though the dipping sauce is always a nice addition. We ordered a chefs special pizza and a Caesar salad to share. The salad was terrible. The lettuce was limp, the dressing was not good. My margarita was also just ok- so much that I didn't even bother finishing it. The highlight was the pizza- brusslel sprouts and bacon...we enjoyed that. Overall, I was hoping for more. Perhaps it was an off night?

We sat outside on a beautiful September evening. Enjoyed 2 pizzas and a Cesar salad. Our waiter (Basil) was very helpful with having us choose the Gyro pizza which was amazing.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE meal!! I'm a huge pizza fan and get it everywhere I travel to try to find the best pizza spot in each city. This one was amazing! We got the Mediterranean steel pan and wow that cheddar crusted crust is insane!! We also got the cheese curds because you can't go to Wisconsin without getting cheese curds and they were so yummy as well. 10/10 meal.

Great food with Amazing service with a variety of different food options. Truly enjoyed our dining time and enjoyed a few cocktails with their Half off Monday option. Highly recommend this location and make a reservation, it gets busy!!

Perfect views- good pizza- great cheese curds. We had a nice dinner, the umami pizza was so good! My kids enjoyed getting to play with pizza dough while they waited. (I think we were charged for this though as we had to “order” the play-dough) I didn't love the giant booth we were in- it was super hard to pass slices of pizza because I couldn't reach across the table without standing- which is hard to do in a large rounded booth. Next time I would request a table.

Pizza was amazing! Drinks were good too. The problem was that nothing came out together - not even the drinks! It was a lot of waiting and asking with zero communication. We didn't even get plates with our pizza and asked someone who was bussing tables. They could not help us so waited - again - for our server. Glad we weren't in a rush because it was very disjointed and frustrating service. Not sure we'll go back.

Patio is on a slanted street/sidewalk, so things kept sliding down our table. Food and drinks were good, service was friendly but we were a bit rushed (server asked to pack up our pizza while we were still eating and brought the check early, before the meal was done).

The location is awesome whether dining inside or outside. The pizza was fantastic! Would highly recommend if in the Madison area.
Since this is a popular place, it took a few tries to get a table for two. Outdoor seating is wonderful and the service offered by our server (Daniel) was great even though it was his first day. The pizza crust was very good and the sauce was, too. I also enjoyed the Hugo Spritz cocktail.

We were excited to try it but there were a lot of mishaps. Our pizza was delivered to the wrong table which can happen. Our order then took another 45 minutes at least. And then we had to wait again for plates and drinks were never refilled. Everyone can have a mistake but it was almost as if once they let us know of the mistake they stopped trying to provide any level of customer service.

Our server Joy G was exceptional and checked on us a lot and made sure we all had a good experience, which we did. There were 10 of us in our party and she made sure we were all enjoying our dinner. She went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good dinner. She was so pleasant and personable.

Busy place. The pizza was delicious but we didn't realize it was thick crust. There were fruit flies everywhere-in our face and on our food. The cushioned bench chair was really low and awkward. The noise level was insane. I could not hear a word the waiter was saying. I ordered the house white wine and he brought me the house red. I'd go there again if someone else wanted to go there but it's definitely not at the top of my list.
