Service was attentive and fine, but the pizzas and salad were only mediocre. My pizza had to be remade since it was first delivered with red sauce and I ordered pesto. Both times it was overcooked. Overall, disappointing and overpriced.

A patient of mine recommended we go here as her family goes once a week. So on a weekday , my grandson birthday and being very close to my house we decided to go here. My son , grandson and myself arrived first . We go in and the lady says to another gentleman where would you like them to sit ? This gentleman says I dont care sit them anywhere, I tell her it'll be 6 of us , mind you we walk in with gift bags and balloons , the lady sits us at a table , there is only one other couple in a booth and a employee pushing tables together . The employee comes over to our table and says I'm gonna need you to move we have a party of 7 coming in and we need these tables . I said she sat us here , he was up to the hostess and tell her so the guy who says he don't care where we sit comes over to us and tells us we have to get up cause they need our table. I ask him where should we sit he says find a seat anywhere, I said the booth isn't big enough for us, so he says go outside. I tell him I find it very rude that he kicks us out from our table. So we go outside and sit it's a couple at tge table next to us talking to us .. my daughter and her 2 children show up and I say they haven't brung water , menues or anything to us , so my daughter goes inside to ask and they tell her we will bring you menues later just sit down cause it'll be awhile . My daughter tells us what was said and the couple next to us hand us their menus . I tell them no we will just leave they was very apologetic on behalf of the restaurant. I don't know If the staff was just racist or rude , either way clearly they didnt want to service me and my family so we definitely won't go back again

Great place for pizza if you're visiting the Madison area! Went to a football game and was looking for a local joint. Glad we picked this place. Pizza was amazing. Service was good. No complaints at all. Kids couldn't get enough.

Fabulous gluten free crust and vegan cheese too! The serve wasn’t super knowledgeable about what was dairy free but she was aware of their gluten free options and she was willing to ask questions, listen, and learn. Tons of sauce and topping options for gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. And they load the pizzas up with toppings too! Highly recommend for celiacs, gluten free, and dairy free folks!!
We came in on a Monday night in the summer. We have been coming here a lot recently. We love the food! Pizza is great, salads and meatballs too! Our table tonight was two young kids and two adults. Most people wouldn't want our table. Servers don't like kids. I assume that means low bill and low tip. However, my husband and I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time! We know how to tip and never order off the kids menu. We were told our server Lydia would be with us shortly. However she never came by. I had to ask for service after we came in to eat and we're very hungry. It was my daughter's birthday and they just got done with Ju Jitsu practice. My daughter told me she was starving. I know! She never came to the table. We were ignored for a while and told to order at the counter. There were open tables and not too many people in the restaurant. Thank you to the shift manager who finally helped us. We also asked Lydia to help with our check at the end and she told us she couldn't help us. She was so rude! Thanks Lydia. If you go on a weekday you might not even get service unless you ask. We'll be back to eat the food and hope we don't ever get Lydia. She was only serving two tables and both were finished before we got our food. She was not that busy but decided she didn't want to serve us.

Awesome staff and restaurant but the food was rough. Lasagna was drenched in sauce that was too sweet and acidic with no seasoning or flavor. Pizza was a behemoth but some people like that.
Luigi’s is the best pizza in Madison I’ve had so far. I’ve only ordered delivery from them, never ate at the restaurant because I hate crowds. They always get my order correct and the pizza is cooked perfectly. Golden brown cheese and a chewy delicious crust. I actually like this place better than what used to be used to be my go to high quality pizza place because the consistency, quality, and price and are better. Also, here’s small but important detail about how they handle quality that I love. I ordered a fugeataboutit that has arugula on it, and they put those greens in a side cup so I could add them myself instead of having them wilt on the pizza itself.

Awesome!! The food was incredible and I love the place, just got a delivery as a driver on DoorDash a week ago and the kitchen manager talk me about the place and he was right, the racket great. The only thing was a guy on the counter how looks really pissed with the staff made the mood heavy.

I've enjoyed Luigi's food in the past, but after my most recent experience I will never be returning. Not only was the server extremely inattentive to the point we had to repeatedly go up to the counter to ask for things, but I am now suffering from some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
