Really excellent tea and vibes. I’ve been here several times, and I’m giving 4 stars because they downsized their seating capacity to make room for more shelf space. On busy days the seating fills up quick, so you can’t sit and enjoy. Maybe they did this on purpose to move more in a tea boutique direction, but I guess it’s different from what I want it to be. To the owners - Please make more seating room :)

Y’all, I don’t think I’ve had better service… at least not in a long while. It was that GOOD-GOOD old-fashioned service. I’m awful at names so I can’t remember who it was (sorry), but he used to be an optician. I only know this because my husband dropped his glasses and - lens popped out and the guy behind the bar popped it back in flawlessly for him. I just knew after that it was gonna be a good time. Guy knew his tea, and knew the vessels to brew the tea. Made great recommendations and gave us a free sample of some violet sencha. Brewed thick and delicious for whoever was in the store at that time. Even sent us home with a sample pack of it too! Then we had some very succulent craft tea drinks that could pass as cocktails; and after we were done he pulls up with some extra tea as a refill on the house!
Absolutely superb experience. And to whoever was working, you were stellar. Thank you!

So many choices of tea to purchase! I had a matcha latte. It was very good; not to sweet and just the right amount of tea. Ot is a small place, few seats, but very cozy.

Very cozy shop! There is a small area to have tea and chat. Lots of loose leaf tea to choose from. The tea is easy to find because it is separated into black, green, herbal etc. Friendly staff. At the checkout they give samples to take home. I love the tea I got and will be going back for more! Thanks

I tried their iced matcha latte and no joke, the heavens opened up and angels started singing. The latte was vibrant and green, and there was a perfect balance of earthiness and sweetness from the matcha. The shop itself had wonderful vibes and amazing staff. 11/10 must visit stop for tea lovers in Madison.

Immaculate vibes. Would HIGHLY recommend their hojicha (roasted matcha), especially to those new to matcha - the taste is just the right kind of sweet! Their matcha lattes are definitely a good choice too :]

Teasider is my absolute favorite place. Amazing Tea and Anthony (owner) and his wife Rachel are absolutely wonderful, passionate people. I had to move away from the Madison area sadly but it is a Necessity for me to stop by whenever I'm there on business/family trips. To this day I refuse to order tea/tea products from any other tea distributers. Highly recommend their matcha latte's they are bsolutely the best in the business.

This was the BEST matcha latte I’ve ever had. Genuinely made to perfection, and tasted fresh and earthy. I got it with oat milk, and the flavors combined so nicely and it was rather smooth. The color alone was a deep, vibrant green that added to my drinking experience. Thank you Teasider for bringing me such joy! I ❤️ matcha!!! :)

For what it's worth I can say not all jasmine tea pearls are created equal and the ones they have at Tea sider were fantastic and a good price.
My partner also got a matcha latte and it was a really good matcha latte.
