The middle of the mac daddy was still so cold. Even after I told them the second time! I requested and paid for add chicken. That's not on there either. They got to do better! They don't have a manager on site. They didn't accommodate our fix anything. Wasted my whole lunch there!

This place is the real deal when it comes to the Mac baby. Man, those different Mac skillets and sandwiches they have on the menu are crazy. You have to try the chicken bacon ranch mac, I think that is the one I had. Look, man, it's so good the flavor is there, really. They are not missing with that one, and they're not skimming at all. You will get full off good eating. I'm just going to say please come here for yourself and find out you'll have a new spot. You will not be disappointed for sure.

I consistently have bad service here, employees nowhere to be found when I walk in and on more than one occasion they've either forgotten to make my order or have mixed up dine-in vs carry-out. Every time I go in I hope it'll be better than the time before, and every time I get disappointed. The food is good, but the prices aren't worth it for the poor service.

1st time here and the lobster Mac was on special tonight. It was hot fresh and hearty. Cheese was throughout the skillet. Lobster was real meat not imitation at all. If they opened on the west coast I would definitely go again. The bread was in point cause it was a hard bread to mix well with the meal. I gave a 5star cause the customer service was amazing food was fast and fresh and not really busy. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.

We were visiting the dells and wanted something unique. The Dells has a lot of chain restaurants so it was nice that they had a unique place to eat. There is lot of variety which is great. Our food was still hot when we brought it back to our airbnb which was 8ish minutes away! Noodles were al dente and there were cheese pulls throughout the whole meal. It wasn't too overwhelming which I was expecting it to be but of course it's going to be filling, heavy and greasy, it is Mac and cheese. It paired great with cholula hot sauce. If you take it to go, you'll have to ask for it for on the side. Next time I go to the dells, I'll be coming back!

This is the second time that we have attempted to eat at this MACS location only to find that, despite supposedly being open until 9 pm, they were closed. There will not be a third attempt. According to Yelp, Google, Apple Maps, and their own website, MACS is supposed to be open until 9 pm. They were closed at 7. I've given them a one star review only because I'm not able to post "no stars." Skip this place and take your family to Moose Jaw.

Overall 3.5. I saw the high ratings so I had a preconception that the food was going to be amazing and I love mac and cheese. Was the hype real? Meh, it was decent but nothing mind blowing. We had the Memphis and Philly styles. Memphis had a little too much sauce. Philly was good but a little too much salt. Service was good. I think if I came in with low expectations it would be fine. Restaurant was clean and portions were sufficient.
