Had a very disappointing visit last Saturday. I had a late dinner around 10pm and did not see a host at the stand despite the signage stating see host for seating. The bartender confirmed he had no clue where the host was and ended up seating me himself.
I shared that I have a lactose intolerance and asked the server what entrees she would recommend. She suggested the beef stew which includes mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes are commonly made with a lot of dairy and I asked if she was sure, to which she said yes. I had to press her to ask the kitchen who confirmed that they are indeed not dairy free. Having poorly informed servers who speak erroneously to food allergies and restrictions is dangerous to your customers. I would prefer if she ask the kitchen if she’s uncertain before answering incorrectly twice that an item is dairy free.
I ordered the Madison’s Burger which advertised 2 beef patties and substituted for the black bean patty. I was very disappointed to find out that the burger only comes with 1 black bean patty if you order that option and I was not informed until it was served to me. The cook came out to let me know afterwards but I felt like I was served less food but was charged $18 for a burger with a side of salad.

Went to watch the Packer game 1/10/26. made a reservation as suggested on their website. Sat at 6:45 and waited over 35 mins, no one came up to even greet us. We let the host know and still, nothing . Multiple table around us were greeted immediately with waters. After waiting so long and also finding out they would not be showing the game in the lower dining room, we left l. Very disappointed.

Everything was amazing! Highly recommend the espresso martini! The holiday drinks weee great as well! The staff was friendly and attentive despite being extremely busy!

We had a reservation, so my party and I were seated immediately. However, we were then left unattended for 30 minutes until one of us physically walked back up to the hostess to ask when we might have our orders taken.
Our waitress was kind and hospitable.
I don't recommend the breakfast burrito unless you appreciate having it soaked in salsa verde to the point a knife and fork are required. This, of course, defeats the point of it being a burrito because the contents spill out while attempting to cut it into bitesize pieces. Absolute mess.
They had a glitch with their online order; let me order Prime Rib on a day that they did not serve; when I arrived to pickup, they had no online order for me, even though I received a confirmation. They prepared another steak meal - but it was excellent!! Great flavor!! When ordering online, may want to double check they received the order.

Came on a busy weekend game day so I’m sure that had something to do with the service. Seemed understaffed for the day. Did not get service for 10-15 minutes sitting at table. Then our food was ran out by someone else (not our server). And was not checked on until it was time for the bill. Burger was a good burger, nothing special. But the hangover breakfast sandwich came out cold and did not taste good. No server checked on us so we were unable to problem solve the issue. Did not offer to take it off the bill which would have been nice. Would not come back to eat food. Decent bar selection though.

Our waiter was great, he looked like MGK! The ambiance was perfect. Best spinach and artichoke dip that I’ve ever had in my entire life. Pricey but everything is now… and the price was comparable to other similar establishments.

The food tasted good, however, it took over an hour to get the food on our table and it was lukewarm at best. I could have forgiven the wait for our order to arrive (it was so busy and the staff was working super hard) if the food had been warm :/ Would love to try again at a less busy time.

Absolutely horrible hostess. Went for Saturday brunch on 10/25, got in at 12 and the hostess told me a 30 minute wait for 4 so I put my name in. I sat at the bar and got a drink while I waited. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer, she said 5 minutes and then tried to seat us for 2. We were like no, 4, and then stood waiting for over 30 more minutes before someone in my party asked again at 1:15, in which she gave her attitude and said it will be 45 more minutes. She had seen us standing there and didnt think to tell us our wait has increased. After wasting over an hour of our lives by the rude hostess we gave up and left.
